Omg!! This ride was fun , but you must have great arm strength because you gotta hold on real tight 🤣🤣. Make sure you wear goggles because that salt water will burn the heck out of your eyes.
Our trip was canceled on a gorgeous day But it was a 9:30 am trip that was the only time open for days and we only had 3 people to send so they canceled Sadly that was the big thing they wanted to do on our vacation So we were able to send them parasailing instead
Luke, it might be a gorgeous day, but the surf was dangerous. We will not compromise your safety for any reason, ever. Our USCG Captains are VERY experienced and always side with safety first. March is always hit or miss for weather around here. Glad you were able to go parasailing in the bay. We only work in the Gulf where the waves can rule the day.
The ride was just awesome! We did it with my 7yo daughter, and we absolutely loved it!!! Carson, the rider, did an amazing job making this experience so memorable and fun! The best part was DOLPHINS!!! They were following the boat and were jumping just around us - this is absolutely amazing!!! Def recommend!

My teens and their friends had fun for the actual ride however, a few elements were very disappointing. For one, the website says a 15 minute ride. Our experience was 9-10 minutes from load up to hopping off the banana boat. Also for the amount of personality and involvement of the staff, I would hold off on wasting money for a good tip ahead of time because it was completely undeserved. They looked so bothered and barely spoke. All this being said, they did enjoy the ride but the overall experience should be way better.
Glad you enjoyed the ride, but a one star?...that seems rather excessive. The website does not say how long the ride will be, but the booking time slots are 15 minutes apart. We have the highest rated banana boat service on the GULF Coast with a perfect safety record. Thanks for using our service.

The experience was awesome and so was the captain!! He was fun, paid attention to us and our needs/wants the entire time. Really sped off so fast as soon as we thumbs up 😂 We got to see a small group of dolphins swimming up close while doing the banana boat!!! Was so cool. Thought we were going for just a ride through the waves and it turned out we saw a large pod of dolphins and followed them a bit too. Fun and bouncy ride plus the extra dolphin tour. Our guide Captain JJ was nice, attentive took a few pictures for us. Loved taking off from the beach. We had the best time!
