In case name or surname is incorrect, this may result in customer paying for their ticket at Auschwitz themselves or even prevent customers from visiting the Museum. Each traveller needs to have valid ID or passport at the Auschwitz Museum.

Jacek was a great driver, very informative and knowledgeable on history. This was an overpriced service just for transportation and the middle man of securing a ticket. Would I book again if I had a group possibly but if it’s just a few people the benefit is the transport between the sites and door to door services. I plan to reach out to Jacek in the future for more trip ideas.
from pick up to arrival we had the most wonderful hostess in Sylwia who had perfect english and was very knowledgeable in everything we asked she made the trip unforgettable
