Note, this is NOT A TOUR. This is simply a private driver who does not speak English. To be fair, they did send me a long text about this after I booked, but as I was booking multiple tours, I missed the fine print. As long as you understand this IS NOT A TOUR, no issues and I recommend.

Regarding the language support, as mentioned on our day tour service page and in the confirmation, an English-Speaking driver is not guaranteed. All of our drivers are Japanese and most have limited English proficiency. However, our English-speaking support team can be reached directly via either phone call or message should you need any assistance during your service. For the communication with the driver, our customers typically find that they can effectively communicate with the driver using language translation apps such as Google Translate. We are sorry to hear these aspects did not fully meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate your understanding and fair feedback.
