- We offer a private or group tour of Westminster Abbey. The tour type and itinerary depends on the selected option.
- Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to a priority entrance for groups.
- Admission to churches during masses and special events are restricted.
- St. Margaret’s Church is open Monday - Friday: 10.30am - 3.30pm, Saturday: closed.
- Due to abbey regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-20 people. We can arrange additional guides for larger groups.
- The 3,5 and 5,5-hour private tours include an estimated 1,5-hour round-trip transfer from accommodation, depending on the distance and traffic. We will arrange a standard car (sedan) 1-4 people, and in a larger van for groups of 5+ people. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
- The group tour includes entry only to Westminster Abbey. Commentary will be in only 1 language. This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Being able to skip the line and have a private tour is well worth one’s time in London because there’s so much to see and do.
The tour was thorough and in depth. Our guide added context and historical anecdotes pointing out facts and circumstances that were fascinating and made the tour enjoyable.

Celia was a wonderful guide providing lots of information about all the sites we visited. She was patient in her pace to accommodate my wife (huge thanks) and offered many anecdotal stories that blended well with our planned trip.
The sheer number of kings/queens and nobility and others is astonishing. Architecture is beautiful. So much to visualize.
We were too concerned about potential long lines trying to get into Westminster Abbey. Turns out, those fears were unfounded. We would have preferred to go at our own pace vs the premium we paid for the guided experience.
It was great up until the tour guide turned us off with her bashing of Princess Diana. Going inside Westminster Abbey was a great experience, but the tour was marred by our guide Lucy. While she was knowledgeable about past kings, queens, and the history of the abbey, she provided incorrect information about Princess Diana’s funeral, claiming it wasn’t held there when it was. Moreover, Lucy spent a significant amount of time bashing Princess Diana and Meghan Markle, praising Camilla excessively, which we found off-putting. She would get mad if anyone asks a question about Diana or mention Megan markle . It’s fine for her to have personal opinions, but she shouldn’t impose them on paying customers during a tour. Unfortunately, we left the tour halfway through, along with most of the other participants. It was quite disappointing. If I paid for a fast track ticket and did an audio guided tour, I would have enjoyed my tour more ! My friend previously did the tour and recommended it and she had a different guide which is absolutely loved . If you get stuck with Lucy ( older shorter mean looking woman ) please run away and request your money back !
