The ticket they sent is bar coded. No matter how much you beg the castle entrance, they won't accept these tickets coz they only recognize QR coded tix. We had to buy a new one on site. Beware of this scam.
I had such a terri le nightmare, never got my real tickets thru my email and had to buy new ones on the activity place, and I lost my original time entry
Tickets were never delivered and didn’t show up in the app. When I clicked “download pdf” only a blank page with reservations details will show up, but no QR code. People at the castle were very unhelpful too
I purchased these tickets to skip the line and both museums I purchased for did not accept the tickets. How do I get a refund?
they send you a voucher, and the front desk did not redeem it, they said I needed a QR code, which buy it were did not send.
These tickets were not accepted at the door, was unable to activate or redeem Had to buy 3 new tickets at the door.
Viator and the official site said disable access, upon arrival all services for disabled were non-operational
When we arrived they would not accept our tickets. We ended up leaving and going to another museum
I bought tickets to the castle for 4:30 pm and the castle closes at that time. I got there about 45 minutes before the time and they refused to validate the tickets after asking me to do a 15 minutes line. Bottom line, I had to buy new tickets and couldn’t use these ones, only to be able to see 30 minutes on a visit that was supposed to be at least 2 hours. If I had known the castle was closing at 4:30, I would have bought tickets for an early time. I hope Viator do the right thing to reimburse me for tickets they didn’t accept.
I was very disappointed. I wasn’t able to use the tickets I bought because they didn’t include a QR code which is the only way the guards would let us through.
