We showed up 10 minutes past showtime, worried we would not be let in. With a quick call to the company, we were directed to go to the front of will call where the usher had our names and tickets. We booked about 3 hours before showtime and are super happy we found this experience on Viator!

It was really easy to travel by train. The line went exactly where we wanted to go. You either buy a day ticket (around €4) which is valid until midnight or you pay according to the number of stations. The price is in the cents range for each station. The trains were air-conditioned and very clean. They run every few minutes.

BTS Bangkok is a life saver for tourist in Bangkok. Use it extensively and unapologetically. Prices are reasonable and the cooling in the trains is the best I have been in any Metro anywhere in the world. Staff are polite at the customer service and very helpful. Will highly recommend everyone to use it more as part of your Bangkok tour experience.It’s a real life saver from the horrendous traffic.
