Itinerary
The tour begins and ends outside this iconic restaurant, made famous by "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil."
Corson Mansion - Dr. Eugene Corson is widely regarded as one of the early pioneers of X-ray technology, with many insisting he's still home.
One of the city's most infamous mansions, this architectural wonder seems to have a fondness for haunting tragedies.
Old Candler Hospital - Georgia's first hospital tended to generations of its own citizens and is shrouded in tales of those who never left.
Espy House - Amidst the shadows of the prohibition era, a prominent judicial family grapples with crime, corruption, and murder.
This original square serves as a chilling reminder that Savannah is unquestionably a city built on top of its dead.
True accounts compel us to look beyond this home's unfounded folklore to ask, what really happened inside the house?

Otto was a wonderful storyist! We had a great time! Also, it's adults only, so no whiny kids! I also appreciated that they provided water. I always bring my own, but it was a nice surprise that they brought some for us. Definitely a wonderful dark history tour!
Capt Jack was amazing! Good stories as well as pictures of real things captured on previous tours. Would highly recommend
Our tour guide was interesting and engaging as she shared stories about some of Savannah’s eerie stories. She certainly had shivers run down our spines as she told these tales. My friends and I loved this ghost tour and will highly recommend it to others!
Great tour director Captain Jack, born in Savannah, knows the history. We walked to 4 or 5 different homes and got all the juicy death/ murder/ ghost stories. I had done a different ghost tour last year and even toured one of the houses too, and never got all the scoops Jack had. Entertaining and well worth it.
Captain Jack was a great tour guide!! Told some great stories and he interacted well with the guests.
Nice, walkable tour. Guide was very informed. Enjoyed the stories and seeing parts of the city. Don’t forget your bug spray.
Dear Danielle, thank you for the kind review. We’re glad you enjoyed the stories, the history, and the opportunity to explore Savannah on foot. We also appreciate the helpful reminder about bug spray for future guests. We hope to see you again soon on one of our many Savannah adventures.
Sixth Sense Ghost Tour was both informative and entertaining! Otto was an engaging story teller and was very knowledgeable. I have been on several Savannah ghost tours but learned a lot of new stuff from Otto.
Dear Michael, thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad you enjoyed your evening with Otto the Odd and that he was able to share some new stories and history, even after your previous ghost tour experiences in Savannah. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to see you again soon on one of our many Savannah adventures.
Captain Jack was prompt, humorous, and kind! We enjoyed his tour and would recommend! Learned a lot, laughed, and enjoyed stunningly beautiful scenery
Thank you for the kind review. We’re glad you enjoyed your evening with Captain Jack the Pirate Prince and appreciated his humor, knowledge, and storytelling. It’s wonderful to hear you learned something new, shared a few laughs, and enjoyed Savannah’s stunning scenery along the way. We hope to see you again soon on one of our many Savannah adventures.
Good tour - very interesting! Lots of history we never knew about. Tour guide was very informative and we enjoyed the experience.
Thank you for the kind review. We’re glad you enjoyed the tour and discovered some Savannah history you hadn’t heard before. It’s wonderful to hear your guide helped make the experience both informative and enjoyable. We hope to see you again soon on one of our many Savannah adventures.
It doesn’t meet ghost stories and it is long and boring. You need to be prepared to walk and stand for long time in one place. There is not transportation to take to better locations.
Dear Rebeca, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the tour was not what you were expecting. Our Sixth Sense Savannah Ghost Tour is a walking tour through Savannah’s Historic District, focusing on the history, folklore, and reported hauntings associated with the locations along the route. While many guests enjoy the opportunity to experience these sites up close, we understand that a walking tour may not be the right fit for everyone. We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you the best in your future travels.
