Enjoy the thrill of driving in a 1 person all-terrain vehicle through a 2,200-acre private ranch that leads you through plains, mountains, forests, lagoons, a plantation home and ends at the Mojito bar. We offer pick-up & drop-off only from major hotels in San Juan Metro area. The price listed is for a single ATV that seats one (a driver). Drivers need a valid driver's license. After your thrilling ATV ride, enjoy a refreshing virgin Piña Colada on us! Invented in Puerto Rico, it’s the perfect way to cool down.

Meet your experienced guides, receive a safety briefing and get operational instruction on how to drive your ATV. Hit the gas and follow your guide as you maneuver your 4x4 machine around hills, mangroves, lagoons, and tropical fields. Watch for wildlife along the trails before driving up to Mi Casa, a traditional Spanish sugarcane plantation estate home. During a short break take photos and learn the history of this ranch. Continue your ride through the ranch, stopping at the horse stables and learning the history of the "Paso Fino" horse. End your ride at the Mojito Bar. Relax and rejuvenate in this hilltop watering hole, where you can purchase beer and other tropical drinks. A valid driver's license and Visa/Mastercard is required.

Pickup Locations & Times
• We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area. • Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location. • If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list. • Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm). • Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location. • Pick-up times typically range from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, subject to traffic and weather conditions. • Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons. • Guests staying outside of San Juan metropolitan area Pick Up Zone/List (districts of Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar & Old San Juan) must make arrangements to meet at the Location. Guests must be on time for check-in. • As soon as the tour finishes, the driver will pick up guests to transfer them back to the hotel. Guests who are not at the assigned pickup location on time (11:00 am) will be left behind and will have to get back to their hotel on their own and at their own expense. The bus is not a shuttle and will not come back. • Guests can choose to stay in the Hacienda Campo Rico’s other amenities but must go back on their own and at their own expense.

- All Drivers and Riders MUST sign a waiver.
- To drive the ATV: Drivers must present a valid Driver’s License (permits, probationary, suspended, learners licenses, ID'S, or Passports are not allowed to drive), a valid credit card (Visa/Mastercard) under the same name as the License. Drivers must be 18 years old.
- Wear comfortable attire for riding the ATV (Long pants, T-shirt). Closed toe shoes are required. Bring sunglasses, a face bandana, sunscreen and a fanny pack.
- Max of 450 lbs per ATV.
- A casual dress code for outdoor activities must be followed, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or transparent clothing.
- Participants who are heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior the tour will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
- Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the bus, at Hacienda Campo Rico, or while on the ATV. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
- No refunds or re-scheduling applies for late cancellations, no shows, being late or not complying with the requirements (credit card, driver’s license, age, max weight, etc.)

So fun driving an ATV for the first time! Love my tour guide Jezed. I was getting eating alive by the mosquitoes and I have at least 12 huge welts. I booked the tour through Viator since we didn't have a car during this trip. Recommended to wear long sleeves that are good for hot weather, mosquitoes spray, face mask, eye protection for the dust and either shoes you don't care for or shoe covers with your shoes and bring water. They have a bar and restaurant if you want to eat there. It's definitely a great experience
Never received the ATV excursion because the provider didn’t provide a location despite confirming the reservation and multiple follow-ups by phone and email. Even called the day before and spoke with someone who said again that the location information would be sent later in the day in the evening before the event. They never did that evening or the morning of. So I was sold an event that I couldn’t physically attend. When I attempted to cancel (booked through Expedia) they denied refund per policy. This was theft.

Great guides and trails. I loved all the scenery and animals we saw along the way. They prepare you for everything and you learn about the location (I won’t tell you because you have to experience it)
This was such an amazing experience! We really enjoyed seeing the land, animals, and being out in nature. That being said, the ride was very bumpy and muddy. It was an awesome experience and we would do it again. Our tour guides (Juan & unsure of second name) were very understanding and patient. I would just say through in another break or two in there. Also-it's tiring to hold the gas down to go. I will be back that is for sure.

This was awesome! I had never rode an ATV before and it was a blast riding fast in the Puerto Rican countryside. It took about 30 minutes to get to the ranch from San Juan, and we rode for an hour and ten minutes with a 15 minute break to get drinks and take pictures halfway through. Evan was a great guide, he was super friendly and took pictures for everyone throughout the tour. Like I said in the title though, be sure to bring clothes you can wash and WEAR SUNGLASSES. I didn’t and had dust in my eyes, but that’s my own fault because it says to wear sunglasses in the description. It didn’t matter though, because I still had an amazing time. Highly recommend!
