You should not book this experience through Viator. They evidently don’t buy the tickets until the day before you are going and if none are available, you are out of luck, regardless of how far in advance you booked. Go straight through the Oceanarium site to ensure you have tickets reserved.

The tickets I received from TripAdvisor by email had a bar code not a QR code so were useless and we had to buy new tickets on the day☹️ The oceanarium was fantastic otherwise. Five star visit, no stars Tripadvisor
