The venue is in an excellent location in Singapore, with very comfortable rooms and a very attractive lobby and internal decor. Service was also excellent from the front desk to concierge, to the executive lounge. Jenny in the executive lounge along with her other colleagues were always very welcoming and smiling.
Very helpful, very friendly, took us right to port. Took the suitcase and put them on a rolling cart.

Our guide picked us up promptly at 11:30 It was a short drive to the cruise terminal and it was very uneventful. The driver unloaded our bags and the check-in process for the cruise started.

Although 15 minutes late for pick up, transfer was smooth and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone and luggage.
