Ensure that you have your mobile number included in the booking. This number should be registered to whatsapp for easy communications. You will receive a whatsapp message or email from our ground conceirge crew 24hrs prior to your travel date/time. If you do not have your mobile on or cannot see your name at the Arrival hall, do not panic. 1. Check you email for specific instructions 2. Go to a nearby information counter and get someone to send a whatsapp to our customer hotline

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Child seats are mandatory for all young passengers under 1.35m in height. There will be a surcharge of USD15.00 per child seat made payable via cash to the driver at the pickup location

Excellent experience and amazing customer service. I booked this pickup service to pick up my elderly parents whose flights were to arrive 6 hrs earlier than mine. They assured me prior to the trip that all will be fine. On the day of the flight, they kept me updated up until my parents were dropped off the hotel. They truly went above and beyond! Plus price was reasonable. We loved their service so much that we ended up booking them again FOUR more times during our trip. Their vans were very comfortable and brand new. Their drivers were very courteous, professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again. THANK YOU!!!
Easy booking process. The company & the driver both double checked arrival times. Driver was waiting at the closest exit point from the baggage carousel. Comfortable smooth drive to the hotel
Bad customer service at Sia check in Supervisor at check in was dismissive in her attitude while talking to me . She spoke over her shoulder & when I noted that I would miss my flight , she retorted over her shoulder “ you can rescue your flight!!”. When I mentioned that I had paid for a tour , she shrugged her shoulders in response without saying a word & walked off.On my return I complained & all I got was a note from the customer service manager saying “ we are sorry you had such an experience.. if there was any rating below zero I would give it.!!
Contact the driver to update confirm your arrival terminal as soon as the plane lands. Sometimes the terminal changes. The driver communication with us after we cleared immigration and he found us in the arrival hall.

We weren’t picked up, after counting them we were told to wait 45 mins at the airport. ended up booking another transport provider
