Geen Canyon tour is an awesome boat tour to the beauties of nature on one of the worldwide numbered dam lakes in a canyon, the only one in Turkey that allows boat trips. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing cruise on the green lake reservoir located in the Taurus mountains, near Manavgat town. Oymapınar dam (Green canyon) is 23 km away from Manavgat, 75 km from Alanya, and 93 km from Antalya. Oymapınar Dam is constructed to produce electricity. It attracts many local and foreign visitors with its breathtaking scenery and boat trips for years .
Oymapınar Dam is north of the two dams built on the Manavgat River. It is 18 km from the town of Manavgat. The dam was established to meet the electricity needs of the Seydişehir Aluminum Factory has been operating since 1984.

We didn't think it was pretty. The whole ride was playing very loud music. I'm afraid you couldn't talk. The stop for lunch was an imposition. We haven't seen anything like this before. We were happy when the trip was finally over.

A bit too extended journey. Fishing pause was a fun for many. Terrible that people smoke on board 😳 It’s unacceptable since no fresh air.

Was a nice trip the landscape is very nice. The food was okay, too. Only the music on the boat was too loud for me. Why is she on full pull??? Half would have been enough to talk. But otherwise price performance was good .

Amazing trip with amazing view although the water was super cold since its November ,so if you would like to swim in warm water book for an earlier trip

5 stars for the views and the beautiful surroundings. The rest is something to say. Starting with the thing that stuck with us most: the food. Lunch was really terrible. Everything was as good as cold and the chicken and baguette were very chewy. Several people in front of me asked for sauce to go with the spaghetti, to which they replied that the baguette had mayonnaise and ketchup. So the food was really bad. Everyone looked at their plates in amazement, but since it is the only place where you can eat something you have no choice. In the end we only bought chips on the boat. Then the transfer from the hotel to the boat. We were picked up first. We had to pass a lot of hotels (about 7), the way there took 2,5 hours. Guess the driver couldn't do much about this because we often had to wait for people at hotels for a long time. Anyways, it took so long. But lenient of the driver to reverse the order on the way back and drop us off first. The way back took an hour. By the way, the driver really thought that Max Verstappen was. A lot of people got spooked along the way (especially if you drive quite fast along precipices). I thought it was something 😂. Drinks on the boat were fine. Just a pity that everything is poured into the cheapest thin mini cups. The cups were so thin you could barely hold them without pressing them flat. The fishing/swimming break were fun on a private jetty. Some had even caught a fish. This was a plus. In short, I would say that you should mainly go for the surroundings. The facilities are mediocre and everything radiates “as cheap as possible”. Now it was only €30 p.p., but afterwards this was €30 too much.

Unfortunately, overall a disappointing tour. The transfer went smoothly and the communication was uncomplicated – but that was also the best thing about this trip. The boat was completely overcrowded, it was hardly possible to find a seat, especially with child. Throughout the journey, announcements in several languages were continuously running, which was very annoying and did not create a relaxed atmosphere. The stop for lunch was messy: The “restaurant” was crowded, dirty and the food (spaghetti with fish or chicken) cold and unlovely. Here you felt more like you were in a mass handling than on a beautiful trip into nature. On the positive side, only the free soft drinks on board and the two bathing stops – these would have had potential with less hassle and better organization. Overall, however, the Price quality ratio is not right at all. No recommendation.

It absolutely poured down on our day hence the 2☆ if it had been a normal sunshine day then maybe 3☆ To start the Taxi driver thought he was vastappen and it was awful weather. The mist in the picture is not mist its rain!! There was no commentary on the boat about anything. Had to google about the canyon when we got back We were on Canyon 1 boat. Friendly but knew nothing facts wise. Cost us €35pp on T Advisor Not good.
