This got 1 star because I could nor put zero! Buyer beware. The tour driver failed to show up. Would not answer my call or text. I requested a refund with Viator, they called and could not reach the driver. But some how kept my money instead of refunding it saying I was liable. I was there 30 minutes early!
We regret to hear about your disappointment. However, please note that when booking activities through Viator, it is very important to choose the correct port of call, as there may be several ports within the same destination. For example, Catania and Messina are two completely different locations in Sicily, approximately 96 km apart. Safe travels.
