Very great course, we learned a lot and the hosts are super friendly ♡ pizza making class Porta Messina.
An amazing experience!!! YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. The host Luca was amazing and very funny ahaha. The other couples we were with made the experience even better , had a lovely bottle of white and red wine that was excellent. The making of the pasta and pizza was very entertaining and enjoyable, the food we ate was superb. The whole experience was amazing no faults, you even get a certificate and to keep the aprons.

Chef Paola and Antonio excellent!!!!!!!!! What a fabulous experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing time last night at our cooking experience. The chef was wonderful. We learned a lot of different things. How we make things totally different in the US from Sicily
It’s more of a prep class than an actual cooking class. You are presented with the ingredients and you assemble the dishes and then they are cooked by the cooks in the restaurant. They were very funny and friendly and extremely accommodating to all allergies. Our group had people who were allergic to fish, nuts, gluten and we also had a vegetarian so they had to make a lot of modifications. It was four hours, but I think it could’ve been done in about two and a half had they talked less about random things. We also went to an odd market that was just a few stalls in an old building and they talked a lot about how it is going to be shut down to make a Vespa parking lot. I felt like there was a bit too much standing around and there were waaaay too many people in the class. Even half that amount would have been too many. All in all it was a nice way to spend a day with bad weather, but I wouldn’t really call it a cooking class. Oh also, there were two little bathroom sinks and we washed our hands like 8 times, so you can imagine how much of the class that took up with 30 people.
One of the best experiences of my life. We went to Porta Messina Restaurant and learnt to make pasta and pizza with Chef Giovanni. The class was very interesting and funny. We had a great time and the food was delicious. We had antipasti with homemade local cheeses&salami, pasta, self-made pizza and canolli. We were served also wine and limoncello. I highly reccomand this experience.
