The tour company cannot be held responsible if you do not inform them of childrens' ages and your tour is cancelled as a result.

We had an incredible experience on the Monaco, Monte Carlo & Eze small group tour with Eric. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver. We learned so much history, saw beautiful sights, and Eric even took fantastic photos of us throughout the day. We spent an hour in the car and saw one lighthouse on the way to Antibes. My daughter was carsick so we ended up going back to Cannes and there is PLENTY to do near the cruise port without hiring a driver for the day!
Dear Katherine, We love feedbacks . You did book a 4 hours tour from the pier in CANNES - We did inform you of what can be done in 4 hours from Cannes . Eric drove you on the scenic road of the Cap d'Antibes and to the lighthouse of Cap of Antibes offering a breathtaking view. There is also wonderful Chapel to visit. Than you visited ANTIBES (why not mentionning that in your comment ?) I hope you enjoyed this beautiful place as well : the narrow streets in the historic walled town, shops and the wonderful marina. With maybe one more hour we could have extended the tour to Biot or Saint Paul. We are not responsible for the traffic in the high season. When you did finish the tour you did thank ERIC and told him that you really enjoyed the tour and will even give a good comment online. We really appreciate fair comments and we appreciate when our customers talk to us, explain what they expect ... as we prepare the tour, we spend time to exchange with our visitors prior to the tour and explain what can be done in the selected time and we also propose to extend the time if needed with a price supplement . During the tour, our driver guide is always doing is best to satisfy our visitors . Communication is the key nowodays ... but not communication behind a computer after a service, but fair communication in real life . And this was possible during your journey. We could do much more just beeing simply humain You did book 4hours from CANNES . The traffic was as it was that day . We are happy to discover that you enjoyed your time in CANNES: there are beaches and there a shops . Yes you are right, that's an option when arriving in CANNES : go on the beach or do shopping
