Met by Linh at port gate as planned and taken in a comfortable, air conditioned car to see the sights of Hanoi. Linh was very friendly and gave us lots of information about the places we visited and tweaked our timetable to allow us to take a rickshaw ride through the old quarter. Highlight of the day was seeing the train pass through Train Street just feet from where we were enjoying an egg and coconut coffee. It was a long drive back to port and a busy day but Linh and our driver, Tang, made sure we did everything we wanted to make the most of our visit and would highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that Linh and Tang made your Hanoi visit memorable and comfortable. It’s great you enjoyed Train Street and the Old Quarter experience. Your kind recommendation means a lot to us. We look forward to welcoming you again!
We had an informative and interesting private tour of Hanoi due to our guide Bsoucmet us at HaLong Bay Port and our driver took us to Hanoi. We saw all of the highlights of the city while Bsoc provided background information and history. This was an excellent experience that was well worth the price!

I had a wonderful experience on this Hanoi city tour. Our guide Linh was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and very informative. She shared detailed historical stories about each destination making the tour much more meaningful. Although we booked for four people, we were picked up in a spacious 16 seat vehicle making the journey very comfortable. We were able to visit the most famous highlights of Hanoi and also enjoyed delicious Bun Cha during the trip. The driver was careful and highly professional, which made us feel safe throughout the journey. Overall, it was a well organized tour and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Linh met us at our cruise ship terminal and was our guide on our day trip to Hanoi. And WoW what a wonderful day we had! We visited Hoa Lo Prison, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Train Street and more! We had a wonderful traditional lunch and egg coffee while waiting for the train to roar past...it was fantastic and very well organised! Linh was knowledgeable and very lovely...thank you for making our time in Hanoi so special, Sarah and Tom

Our family booked the Hanoi city tour and food tour with Bryan and his team, and we were truly impressed by their service. We were picked up by a private car and taken to explore Hanoi’s most famous landmarks. One unforgettable highlight was enjoying coffee at Train Street, the train passed incredibly close, which was both shocking and exciting. In the evening, Lin guided us on a food tour in the Old Quarter, where we tasted signature dishes from all three regions of Vietnam at Michelin-listed restaurants. She also shared interesting stories about the food and its history. We even got to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks at Hoan Kiem Lake. It would be a pity to visit Hanoi without booking Bryan’s services. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional day with our tour guide Kimo. He took us to so many interesting sites. We saw the Ho Chi Minh Palace, had a great coffee on train street with the best view. We had some quiet time at turtle Bay. We had a great pho lunch, and visited the local market. He also helped us learn local customs including how to safely cross the street. He was so kind when we had some special needs to take care of. Thank you for a memorable and special day 💗

Our driver Dac is a young g tour guide. His English is good, he was very friendly, flexible and made sure we arrived back on time for our cruise. The highlight of our day in Hanoi was having a coffee at the Railway street. Wish I had more time to shop but the drive back to the port is about 2.5hrs. Thanks for the experience!
Hi Stella, thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your day in Hanoi and that Dac took good care of you. Thanks again for choosing us!
The tour began with an unexpected visit to a pearl outlet on the outskirts of Halong. This was ok, but we had been to a pearl farm in tahiti a couple of years ago, so nothing new and the time there could have been spent in hanoi. Our guide Linh was excellent and very passionate about the history of vietnam. The school of literature was very good as was lunch. The hanoi hilton was good, but it was having a fantastic coffee trackside as the train rumbled by close enough to touch that was a highlight. It was a long but enjoyable day that was well worth it.
Hi James, thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We truly appreciate your understanding about the visit to the pearl outlet, and we’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the rest of the tour. Linh will be delighted to know that her passion and knowledge made your experience more meaningful. We're happy that the Temple of Literature, lunch, and especially the unique coffee moment by the train track became highlights of your day. Your comments are extremely valuable and help us improve our services for future guests. We're grateful you chose our tour and we hope to welcome you back to Vietnam soon.
