We finished being in the chaotic Foz of Iguazu, with a lot of heat (not recommended the walk with young children), the prices of TECHNOLOGY are LOW, but of clothes high. All prices are in DOLLARS that I get a lot of attention. Detail: Shopping China, we bought an IPAD and the moment we opened it presented a fault, we went to claim the same day (you are told that the stores open until 10 at night IS NOT CORRECT, they close at 8), they did not solve my problem, on the contrary they sent me to the SHOPPIN CELL, since they are the only authorized to have an Apple representative... it cost me 20 additional dollars,... So I highly recommend TE NOLOGIA APPLE = CEL SHOPP (excellent service) Eye
If you want to buy alcohol its cheap as chips but just check where it's from. Perfume is cheap too but be careful where you buy it from. Always go on an organised tour. Don't try this as solo traveler

My guide was great, took me to see the church and to the Paris mall and to an area near the Panara river to take pictures. Not much to see there as of attractions. It’s not a touristy place, most of the shopping is of basic everyday stuff so 3 to 4 hours is plenty of time there or for some too long. If you are looking for a little souvenir to take home there is a kiosk in the Paris mall on the main floor right when you enter, that sells Paraguay magnets and key chains for about 5 US that was all I found that was tourist related. Not much touristy stuff on the street stores as well. Also if you plan to just use cash there make sure to bring some Brazilian currency. Cafes and smaller stores do not take US dollars. For those English speaking only tourists this might not be for you since not many people speak English there so communication may be difficult. If you do go make sure you have someone that speaks Spanish or Portuguese with you.

The tour is essentially what it says. You are picked up at the hotel and the driver takes you to the Paris Shopping Mall to shop. Its you typical shopping mall, nothing really special to it. For me I didn't really have any shopping I wanted to do and the prices were particularly cheap, but it allowed me to accomplish my personal goal of visiting Paraguay which is all I really cared about. The driver was very nice and did his best to help me (although I was an odd case and didn't really care too much about the shopping). Overall, this is what I expected and I would recommend this to anyone whose looking for an easy and safe way to get into Paraguay or someone who likes to shop.
Although we were informed this is a shopping tour we expect at least some sort of the city stroll to be included. Thanks to our driver we visited a very interesting church but that was all. Well, later we prolonged our tour to the bird park in Foz do Iguasu which we found very very nice. Thank you, Rick!
A great trip. Had a personal guide, Wilson, who took me across the bridge and border in his car. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended!

This was great, we were picked up in Brazil in the morning and taken by private car across the border to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. Our driver/guide, Robert was excellent and spoke good English and gave us all the necessary information. We were dropped at the Paris mall. We walked around the city a bit, got some good food and coffee and purchased some shoes and a few small items. Though we didn't have much shopping to do, its a great place with prices around 30% below Brazil and Argentina for brand name goods and electronics. We were back in Brazil just after noon. Overall A++

First, I want to recognize my driver, Diego, who’s a wonderful person. He was not only a good driver but a very accommodating, helpful, thoughtful, and friendly person.

Punctual and efficient transport. Our guide Marcel went above and beyond, spending time with us and helping my husband on crutches.
