Gavy and his crew mates were wonderful to us during our tour. Due to the wind we didn’t get to snorkel at the shipwreck sights like promised but we did get to see them through the glass bottom of the boat. Staff was very knowledgeable about all the things (ship, fish, reefs, etc.) we were seeing during that time and answered all of the questions people on board had for them. They also offered free unlimited drinks and rum swizzles due to the change in itinerary. We will say that the snorkeling wasn’t amazing compared to the other places we have been (Jamaica, Mexico, Turks, etc.) but we enjoyed seeing the coral reefs and sea cucumbers. Crew was funny, personable and super helpful. Overall we had a good experience!
It’s a highly enjoyable, although ‘lightweight’ snorkeling experience. Unfortunately we were prohibited by high winds to snorkel the wrecks, but our team easily moved to the backup plan. And delicious rum swizzles! Melvin is a great character and gives it his all; Avery was gracious and informative; and Capn John got us safely around.
This was one of the best, if not the best, snorkeling I have ever done. We got to see 3 shipwrecks on our tour. Our group was small, with only 11 people. The guide was funny and very engaging. The seas were rough on our tour, and the guide and helpers really stepped up, trying to help people who were scared by them. We also had plenty of time at each shipwreck location to thoroughly explore. We never felt rushed.
Our crew were captain Gaby, Keanu, James they were very knowledgeable about Bermuda and answered questions. Our shipwreck snorkel had to be canceled due to weather but they offered a refund or a glass bottom tour of shipwreck and we also were able to snorkel in a calmer location to see reef and sea life. This was the highlight of of cruise and the rum swizzles went down to easy just ask our Canadian husbands they say best swizzles on the island also the dark and stormy’s. We want to thank Gabby and his crew for making our vacation amazing and an experience that will last a lifetime . We also completed our tour with a sunset cruise later that same evening. I would highly recommend Gabby and his crew for your Bermuda snorkeling and shipwreck adventures. Also Gabby whenever you decided to visit Cold Lake we will give you a tour and host you as you were very hospitable. Take care and catch you next time
This was an amazing tour. Located right at the pier for the cruise ships it is even MORE convenient than a cruise sponsored excursion. The crew was incredible! Super funny and knowledgable and just GREAT people. They let you explore until you are done and are sure to get you back on time. The boat ride out to the snorkel site was comfortable and almost as enjoyable as the snorkeling itself. The boats have restrooms and glass bottoms where you can see the coral and the fishes on the way to and fro. This tour made the Bermuda stop on our cruise my favorite by a mile! Thanks Captain Kirk for a wonderful day!!
We enjoyed the shipwreck snorkel. It was a beautiful day to be on the water. Our captain, Zoey, was super knowledgable about conservation, shipwrecks, sea life, and Bermuda in general. PJ and Dani, crewed the boat and were helpful with the gear and identifying the fish. We felt it was good value for the price. We would definitely use them again.
Crew were awesome, really made the experience memorable. Really knew their stuff. Great equipment and boat, didn’t need anything other than your pass! Super friendly and more than a boat toured snorkelling adventure. The crew shared all about the island and the history surrounding it. My friends and I will be back !
The crew were entertaining and the snorkeling was lovely. Mid-may, the water was still a little cool. (~72°F). They had tasty rum swizzles on board as well.
Had a great time! Water was a little choppy but the crew was extremely helpful. Cost is very affordable. Crew had a great sense of humor. Three hours was the perfect amount of time.
Beautiful snorkeling and great crew!
