[Shibazakura / Tulip] Going by private car, Shibazakura Takinoue Park and Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park (from Sapporo)

Our driver Kenny was really great, very helpful took us directly to the ticket booths and informed us of each meet up time. Let us listen to our own music on Bluetooth too. We enjoyed our visit and it would have been even better if the weather was better.

The parks we visited were outstanding, way better than our expectations. It took over 3 hours from Sapporo but well worth the visit. Driver Kenny was super friendly and a careful driver. We all enjoyed the rides

Takinoue Park lives up to my expectations, even though not full bloomed the flowers are beautiful and since it's 7 May, a lot of the cherry blossom trees still have beautiful flowers. Lunch was a disappointment, no fault of the driver, Kenny, at all. Viator should have known that most seafood restaurants at the Nonbetsu area are closed on Wednesday. Greatest disappointment came from Kamiyubetsu Tulip Park which was not really opened, we just walked in and the tulips looked like just planted, some don't even have flower buds. There were merely a dozen or so of blooming tulips in pots. There was no conservatory that can at least let us look at some plants, cafes not opened. Viator should have known all these. We paid nearly USD600 for this tour excluding lunch, I feel that we should be compensated with some refund
