Description
Hop on a cruise to Shell Key Island and see dolphins and other wildlife while snorkeling. At this pristine wildlife preserve, you'll get to snorkel and observe the wildlife, go for a relaxing swim, or just walk along the beach and collect shells. Depending on the time of year, you'll see dolphins in their natural habitat, along with manatees, rays, and wild birds. All of our rides are semi-private, with a maximum of 6 passengers per boat, so you get to avoid the crowds when you ride with us.

Dave was an amazing captain…he got us up close to dolphins and manatees and recommended a snorkeling spot where the water was clear and we saw several crabs as well as other sea life. Dave also had a lot of “fun facts” along the trip. I would definitely recommend this outing!
My first impression was not good as Viator messed up our reservation with the tour company but Island Ferry accommodated us for the following wkd and it turned out to be a perfect day. Captain Dave was very informative about the wildlife and was a very cautious driver, we saw two dolphin pods that hung out around our boat for at least 15 minutes! And we also saw a manatee swimming close to shore on Shell Key. Overall the weather was perfect and the tour was fantastic. Beautiful beach and water. Would highly recommend touring with this company again.
We got to see lots of dolphins and collected a bunch of beautiful seashells! Our guide Dave was awesome! Definitely recommend him!

We were able to see several dolphins, manatee, and found dozens of conch shells and sand dollars during our snorkeling expedition. Our captain Troy was very knowledgeable about the marine life and celebrity houses in the marina . We saw manatees and dolphins and had a great time snorkeling! Will definitely request Troy when we come back next year!

We had a wonderful time on the boat ride and snorkeling in the water. I brought my 14 year old, 8 year old and my husband. I appreciated the information provided by our guide Troy. This small group 2 hour tour is definitely the way to go if you like to see wildlife and have a tame, immersed experience in nature.
Captain Troy was fantastic! We went as a family with our kids aged 9 and 7. We felt completely safe. It was a relaxing morning on the water. We saw tons of dolphins, birds, a few manatees and lots of crabs at Shell Island. We plan to come back next year for the sunset cruise!
