A wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent communication via WhatsApp immediately after booking, timely and precise transfers, and the guide Zizo was fantastic! Very helpful, generous, and knowledgeable. The best part was the quad excursion, well-guided and completely safe, and we will do it again next year!! Because we really had a great time!!!! I recommend it to everyone!
Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide - I can only recommend it. However, the prices for additional services, such as photos, are a bit outrageous; but you don't have to take them.
Our guide was very professional from start to finish the trip was excellent was planned very well we enjoyed not just the quads and camel rides but also an oriental show which was amazing
So many amazing experiences all in one! Starting with a quad bike ride through the desert. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience made possible though by Zizo and his crew. They were amazing guides and genuinely nice people. Next stop was a camel ride and tea with the Bedouin community before jumping back on to our quads and driving on a dirt track between the mountains. After that, we saw a show and had dinner, then finished up with star gazing where the guide talked to us about the constellations and viewed stars and planets through a telescope. Also I would like to mention our photographer Mostafa who took some fabulous photos which we will cherish. Thanks to all that made it possible.
The pick up was a bit late but the activities where excellent and we got up graded to vip for the delay
Amazing staff. They treat everyone with the upmost respect and do everything to give you an amazing experience. They are so kind for the kids and very helpful. If we come back here we would do this trip again because the people are really amazing. Sabri is a wonderful guide who explains everything very well and with a lot of humor. We had laughs, fun, the diner and the shows were great! But also we learned a lot about the stars and the ways of the locals. A very recommendable trip to do if you are staying in sharm el sheikh!
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Excellent communication via WhatsApp as soon as booked, transfers there and back were spot on, and guide Zizo was fab! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The best bit was the quad biking which was well led and felt safe. Would highly recommend.
It was such a great day.The whole day was so well organised. Food was lovely and our guide Zizo was amazing. He memorised our names. There must of been nearly 30 in our group. He was such a nice chap.
That’s what I did and booked on that basis. I spoke to Zizo on WhatsApp before the tour and he was friendly and informative. On the pick up, it was someone who barely spoke English so we had to go up to the vehicle to check it was the tour bearing in mind there were other tour buses outside our hotel. Also when we were waiting a while for other people who didn’t turn up and when we were stuck in traffic getting into the Safari site, nothing was explained to us. When we got to the site we were dealt with by someone called Ibrahim and charged 60 EGP each for entrance fee, not an issue but again no one explained this ahead. Our vehicles were explained to us (we drove a sand buggy which was perfect as it meant all 4 of us could ride together) and then we followed them through the desert. That was cool. Ibrahim was a good guide and his helper. There were loads of other vehicles from other tours. Camel ride was cool- tho I felt bad for the camels, both were whining beforehand and the ride was very bumpy. The Bedouin bread, which was made in front of us, was like flat bread we’d been having at breakfast and it was made by what seemed like a local guy, I thought it might have been made by Bedouin people in attire. We then had more picturesque views of the desert and went on to the dinner. There was entertainment before - a belly dancer and a man doing a traditional dance then we ate. The dinner was like a continuation of the all inclusive at the hotel- buffet with rice, grilled meat and veg. It wasn’t bad, rice was hot but the meat wasn’t. They only served one tea in a little disposable cup and one Pepsi. Not unlimited tea as advertised or unlimited water. A man came round offering other drinks and cocktails but these are not included. Ibrahim advised us well beforehand but then we didn’t see Ibrahim after the dinner. We went onto the stargazing led by his helper. By this time it was dark. We followed vehicles in the desert, we were at the back and there was a vehicle up and down making sure we were all following. The stargazing was what we really went for and it wasn’t that great. I saw a white blurry dot with two stripes through the telescope, which was Jupiter with the two rings on it. Didn’t even get to see the moon. Then another tour guide explained the stars, which was a bit informative. After that we rode back home in the dark. This felt dangerous as we were at the back but this time there was no one behind us so if anything happened we would have been left. By this time there were no other vehicles. Our original guides had all gone so we were following someone else and another group along with a couple from our group. At one point we were on the road and there were other cars and a coach. We got back ok but it felt badly managed. Once we got back, we sat down and then someone, not the same driver that dropped us, called for us and took us back to our hotel. One thing to add which you’ll probably read on other reviews, at every opportunity there’s people trying to make money. Whether that be photos, tips expected after the camel ride, children selling bracelets. The children were sweet and asked for chocolate which in hindsight, I would have taken. Just something to be mindful of, if someone takes your photo expect to pay them. We kept our phones to ourselves. Overall I’m glad to have been in the desert ( for a second time as I climbed Mount Sinai some years back) but the star gazing, Bedouin experience and camel ride weren’t what they lived up to and other than the phone conversation, there was no Zizo I kept seeing pop up in the reviews.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed parts of the experience, especially the buggy ride through the desert and the scenery — that means a lot to us. At the same time, we truly appreciate your comments, as they help us clarify a few points for future guests: Regarding the pickup, we operate with a team of professional drivers, and the driver assigned for transfers may vary. This is why it may not always be the same person for pickup and return. All drivers are coordinated with our operations team to ensure smooth transportation, even during busy times. About the entrance fee of 60 EGP per person, this is mentioned on the booking page in advance (approximately $1 or €1), and it is collected locally as it is a government-regulated desert access fee. For the stargazing experience, we completely understand your expectations. On the night of your tour, the moonrise was quite late (around 10–11 PM), after the tour schedule ends, so unfortunately it was not visible during the session. Additionally, weather conditions and sky clarity can sometimes affect visibility — this is something beyond our control. However, Jupiter was available and observed, which is one of the highlights when conditions allow. Concerning the tea and drinks, tea is indeed unlimited throughout the evening. Our team usually serves it regularly, but guests are always welcome to request more at any time, and it will be provided promptly. For safety during the desert drive, we always have a guide positioned at the back of the convoy to ensure that no one is left behind. Even if not always visible, there is always supervision throughout the route, especially during night driving. Regarding dinner, all grilled items (chicken and beef) are prepared fresh on-site during the dinner time to ensure quality and freshness. We’re also sorry that Zizo was not present on your tour day. He always does his best to meet guests personally, but unfortunately, he was unwell on that day. Finally, we understand your comments about the overall experience and appreciate your honesty. We continuously work on improving communication and guest expectations to make every part of the tour as enjoyable and clear as possible. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you again for an even better experience next time.
I had a really great experience on this quad biking trip. Everything was well organized, they picked us up right on time and the whole day was a lot of fun from start to finish. Our guide, Zizou, was fantastic — very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. He even helped us tie our scarves properly, which made a big difference during the ride, keeping sand out of our face and eyes. The quad biking itself was exciting and enjoyable, and the camel ride was just as memorable. Both activities were well managed and added to the overall experience. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to do the stargazing because of the clouds, which was out of their control. However, they handled it well and took us to Echo Mountain instead, which turned out to be a nice alternative. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for everyone.
