Once you have made your reservation you will receive your ticket, this will be your boarding pass. When you arrive at the Cancun airport you go through customs and immigration, then go to the exit of travel agencies and tour operators there will be our staff waiting with a sign with the logo of viator and yamevi travel, at terminal 2 our staff will be in front of the welcome bar, at terminal 3 our staff will be between the minimarket and the bar margarita ville, at terminal 4 our staff will be at the exit of travel agencies and tour operators in front of the welcome bar by the column c present your reservation and our staff will assign you a vehicle to take you to your hotel. pick up from the hotel to the airport is only included when you purchased round trip. you can't book a departure from the hotel to the airport by itself.

Horrible. I had my 76 year old mom with me and it was very hot outside with no seating to be waiting over an hour for our scheduled 3pm pickup.

I arrived earlier than planned and the meet and greet lady (Cindy) met me and for me in a shuttle to Playa Del Carmen early. Driver was very friendly and waited until I got checked in before leaving.

Booking was straightforward. Connecting with the company representative at the airport was easy and the representative was very helpful. The transport was on time and the driver was very courteous. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience.

It was easy to fimd.the rep and it didn't take long to.get going. We probably waited 5 to 10 min before we got.to the van to head to the hotel
The greeter tried to up sale me on the spot. After booking he tried to get me to upgrade for $25 a person. I use the a lot and I never heard of that while waiting for my transport.
The vendor abruptly changed our tour departure time by 5 hours with no explanation, notifying me late at night just before the trip. I had specifically chosen the 1 PM option—which made sense given our late afternoon flight—but they tried to move us to a 9 AM slot without justification. When I reached out to question the change, I was met with resistance and poor communication. After a frustrating series of back-and-forth messages and unnecessary last-minute stress, they eventually agreed to honor the original time I selected. While they ultimately did the right thing, the customer service experience was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult.
Communication was the best. Going to our resort and back. Highly would recommend and trust 100%. Safe and was at the airport for us when arrived. Waited for another party but when it took too long we were on our way.
