Good and clear communication via WhatsApp. The driver on the way from Rio to Angro de Reis pushed our bags in with the back doors, a wonder they held. Then he drove very recklessly, far too fast and almost fell asleep several times, we heard that he began to snore easily. On the way from Ilha Grande to Barra Da Tijuca the transfer was 1h late and yet the driver stopped after about 30 minutes drive at a gas station for a stop in 20 minutes.This driver also drove very recklessly, far too fast and sat and buttoned with his mobile phone most of the time. When we arrived at our hotel he jumped out of the car without telling us where we were and did not talk to us at all. Overall judgment is that they are lousy, nonchalant, dangerous drivers!
They were organized and attentive. I used the transfer to/from Rio and everything went well. I also booked tours with them. I recommend.
Since 12 o'clock waiting. It's 17 in the afternoon. They said it could take until 15. They don't send a message with an approximate time, they ruin your day because you wait when you could have gone to the beach to wait. If you're not in the hotel, luck standing with your bags. They ruined our day in ilha grande and in rio too. If you're too tight, hang out with someone else even if you pay more. The hotel day in iñha I hope they will return it to us

Para los clientes que no pudieron utilizar nuestro transfer, estamos en contacto con todos para resolver cada situación. They messed up my booking, added me to transfer that would miss the ferry. There was no chance to make the connection. I ended up traveling the whole day (taking evening ferry). They did not apologize or offer any compensation instead kept blaming me until I eventually proved that it's their mistake. I highly recommend arranging the regular bus and ferry yourself - in such way you're in control of the connection, it's much cheaper and more comfortable (my van did not even have an aircon working).

I just don't give 0 stars, because I don't have a choice! Lack of commitment and respect from the Enterprise to the passengers! Delay in going and going! No recommend! A trip of 3h becomes double! The intention to take advantage of the place arriving early, did not happen due to lack of responsibility! Oh, bad!!!

Wonderful service, zero worry about my trip. They solve everything!! They are extremely efficient and I think they should have in all the country. Care of prime quality. And they still went to pick us up at the hotel.
