We provide efficient shared airport transfers at a competitive rate from Antigua to Guatemala City's La Aurora International Airport. This is a tourist shuttle that collects throughout central Antigua, and we can deliver you to other points in Guatemala City if requested in advance (specifically, the bus stations in Zone 1, the hotels in Zone 10, and the hotels in the gated community adjacent to the airport in Zone 13).

Important Information
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Please be aware we do not charge for children under 3 years old, however, they must sit on laps. Child car safety seats are not required by law in Guatemala and are not provided. If you have a child that will be using a car seat, you will be required to pay for an additional passenger.
- Please allow ample time to arrive for a departing flight. Traffic can be very heavy and the ride can take over two hours on some days.
- We can drop in the airport, airport hotels in Zone 13, hotels in Zone 10, bus stations in Zone 1 only.

Doesnt drop you off at hotel in Antigua even though asked for drop off hotel when booking. Had to drag my luggage 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the main square. Don’t use this shuttle!
Hi Tim, Thanks for letting us know about your experience. When you made your booking we sent you a message through Viator asking for your drop off point as it was not on your reservation information, and we never heard back. We also sent you a Whataspp that went unanswered. If we know where your dropoff point is in advance, we communicate that to our shuttle provider. Unfortunately in this case, your drop off location was not in the historic center. Had we known in advance we would have spoken to you about it to let you know but you never responded to us. We're sorry you had a hard time with your luggage. We do drop off at hotels in our dropoff zone though, with advance notice. If you stay outside of the center, we do not.
They said they offer return shuttles to the airport from Antigua as well. Charged me 60 usd, sent a “confirmation of booking” and said they would call me the night before with information on my driver and never responded after. Now there number is deleted on WhatsApp.
Hi Amber, We're not sure who you are referring to, but we've had the same whatsapp number for years, which is still functional. It is +50238809552. You booked a shared shuttle with us from the airport to Antigua and then asked us for a return taxi, which we charged you $40 USD and we completed the service without incident. Your driver was Diego, you were picked up at 130pm at Calle de Los Duelos #1, and transferred to the airport on the 23rd December. We also answered your messages in Viator. Can you elaborate as to what the confusion was??? This review is incorrect.
The friendly and punctual driver. It worked well that we left at 4 am, after that time the traffic is very heavy.

Driver was on time and helpful. Please make sure to be 15min earlier, and consider that the shuttle will pick up other passengers along the way, so add extra travel time into your planning. The van was relatively comfortable and we arrived at a reasonable time to the airport.

As expected (lots of traffic in the area), ride was slightly delayed. Driver made up the time and got to Antigua when expected (1.5 hrs). Very good communication with the company.

Overall really good experience. Shuttle was delayed by quite a bit, but I heard that’s standard since there are multiple pickups. Pickup time was 10:30 am and I think we got picked up at 11:15. But I was messaging with Valerie and she was extremely helpful and giving me regular updates. Once we got on the shuttle, it was good. Clean car, good driver.

The departure time was 6:30 pm, driver came at 6:20 and then went to collect other passengers, we didn’t leave Antigua until 7:05. Arriving in Guatemala City he bypassed the airport and said he had to go another 25 minutes to the bus station to drop off one passenger ( the one who came on last ). We had a flight which we would have missed if we had stayed in the van, as that’s another 50 minutes to and from the bus station. We asked him yo drop us off and took an uber to the airport. He dropped us off in a bad isolated neighborhood, 8:30 pm at night. Luckily some people who were coming out of a house told us they will wait with us until the uber arrived. Very bad experience. The drivers name was Erwin. Never again will I use this company.
Hi Ruth, Thanks for sharing your experience and we're sorry to hear it didn't go well. The shared shuttles usually do take a while to collect all of the passengers around town. As for the bus station drop off taking place before the airport, we can't speak to why that happened, as these are shared shuttles operated by a third party but thanks for letting us know what happened on your date of travel. We do apologize that you were worried about your departure, and we'll make sure other travelers know a private taxi will provide more expedited service.
The Car was comfortable and clean. Excellent driving. I was worried and confused about the pick up place. I texted in WhatsApp and I got a great experience solving my questions promptly. I got a notification on WhatsApp to let them know when the car arrive to pick me up. That follow up was the best. I didn’t feel alone and lost.

Very slow pick up - get ready to spend sometime in hot van while all peopled picked up and it’s was very small van with quite limited space with folding chairs…
