Itinerary
This museum is replica of pre-historic settlement. You will be able to see the wooden pile-dwelling settlement and get familiar with the life at the lake from the period of about 3000 years ago. Remark: the museum is closed on Monday, so on Mondays we just pass by the museum without stopping there.
Church of St.Naum is 10th century church that used to be the first hospital in the area, founded by St.Naum. In the later centuries the church has been rebuilt, but the grave of St.Naum remain original, and as per the legend you can hear his heartbeat from his grave. In the area are located the springs of "Crn Drim", attraction by themselves with the crystal clear water coming under the mountain Galichica from Lake Prespa. There are small rawing boats that you can take for a tour through the springs. There are nice restaurants too, and beach area where you can swim and sunbathe at the lake.

Really good organization, not too crowded, drinks were also delicious and not too expensive, they also don’t care if you eat your own food on the boat, the most special part was the boat itself. It’s very stylish and modern.
Had a really good time. Enjoyed the whole day. Boat was fine St Naum was well worth visiting. The bay of bones not so much especially having to was it for late returns should have left them. Rest of trip was excellent enjoyed it all, Monestary, springs, beach and restaurant we used.
Weather was hot & sunny - perfect! Boat left on time and made a short stop at the Bay of Bones Museum (30 mins). As always there were some passengers confused about the 1135 hrs departure time and despite the captain honking his horn multiple times they still meandered back to the boat looking at their watches! 🙄 Next stop was at the monastery where we had 3 hours of free time. It was lovely wandering around at leisure. Delighted to see the peacocks especially when one displayed all its feathers 😍 Left St Naum around 3.15pm and was back in Ohrid about 4.30pm. Lovely peaceful day out with attentive staff serving drinks. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic day trip on lake Ohrid. Stopping off at points of interest before arriving at St Naum. Absolutely stunning with mountains and cherry blossom in full bloom! A lovely day with a fantastic guide
We’re so glad you had a stunning day exploring Lake Ohrid and St. Naum! Thank you for the lovely review and for mentioning the beautiful spring scenery. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
At the last minute we were told we would not stop at the Bay of Bones which was almost as disappointing as finding out the trip was only five hours, not the seven-hour experience we had paid for, and planned on having for a quick hike to Albania. With a shortened amount of time at Naum, this was not possible. The explanation for the change was that the boat needed to be back to Ohrid by 6 o’clock since they had another booking.
Perfect way to spend a day in Ohrid. Enough time at each stop, very comfortable boat, friendly staff
The tour was shortened by 2 hours at short notice and entire parts of the program were skipped. Other boat tour operators are longer and even cheaper
Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. On this particular day, we had to make some adjustments to the schedule, and all passengers were informed in advance. For anyone who preferred not to join under these conditions, we offered a full refund. The actual tour itself was shortened only by one hour, specifically from the free time in St. Naum. We understand that flexibility can sometimes be inconvenient, but our priority is always to ensure that our guests are well-informed and treated fairly. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again on one of our regular full tours. Kind regards, Armada team
First stop felt rushed but rest of trip was lovely. Language translation was good. Crew were friendly. Boat clean and comfortable.
Was a lovely cruise to St Naum and the Bay of Bones. It was more than we expected with more than enough time to see everything and grab some lunch. I wish we would have had lunch on the spring water restaurant, but discovered them too late. We met some lovely people on the boat and exchanged info.
Good trip, not too many on board so was comfortable. Able to purchase drinks on board. Could have done with slightly longer at Bay of Bones, right amount of time at St Naum. We would have preferred a tour with commentary on the boat and a guide at the Monastery, but due to the last minute booking this wasn’t available, however this tour was fine.
