Take in the stunning modern skyscrapers on the Pudong side, including the iconic Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Shanghai Tower. On the Bund, admire historic landmarks like the Customs House, Peace Hotel, and the HSBC Building to know the stories of their rich history. If you choose the cruise tour with dinner, get ready to enjoy a delicious local meal before or after your river journey! We have had several really great experiences during our time in China, but this is perhaps the most remarkable level of care and service we have received. The tour itself was breathtaking - such a colourful reflection of Shanghai’s place as a world centre of commerce and recent growth. However it was Jenny’s service that made this a stand out experience. There were fewer cruise boats on the day due to unusually high tides. This made the crowds larger than normal. Jenny anticipated this and steered us to a prime spot on the boat. She explained exactly what we were seeing in a way that only a local can do in perfect English. She even gave us a small gift. Finally she topped all of this by finding us a local snack bar when most places were closed, walking us to it and helping us order a local favourite before waking on to her subway station. This is a really exceptional experience that will be hard to top.

The Shanghai night river cruise was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Bund from both sides. Our tour guide, Jenny, was incredibly professional, providing detailed and flexible information. Her knowledge and expertise made the experience truly worthwhile. I highly recommend it!
Jenny was an amazing guide. Her English is on point and her wealth of knowledge was so interesting. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel and after the 45 minute boat ride to see the amazing lights Jenny took us to the Shanghai Tower for a delicious dinner. I highly recommend this tour and if you can ask for Jenny!
We only had a few hours in Shanghai, and Jenny organised everything seamlessly — a return driver from the airport, a restaurant reservation, and our wonderful tour guide, Jessie. She was informative, engaging, and made the evening truly memorable. Would give 10 stars!! Highly recommended!
This was a great night. We organised a trip to Shanghai Tower as well and so got to see the lights from above and then from the river. Jenny was a great guide with lots of tips and information. Dinner was very good with some special Shanghai food. Transport links works well. Strongly recommend

I imagined the scenery in many people's posts, but when I actually see it, it's very satisfying. I was surprised by the number of tourists, but the guide prepared a ticket for me and showed me around, which was very helpful, I don't think I would have been able to get on board without the guide's follow up, thank you 🙇
