The Shai Hills Resource Reserve is the closest wildlife sanctuary to Accra. See baboons, birds, butterflies, antelope, ostrich, zebras and bat caves. Hiking and driving routes of various lengths are available, as well as rock scrambling. He explained the historical significance of the location and ensured our safety throughout the walk. My experience was great! We learned alot about the tribes and how they tought children how to cook, take of their husbands and slept underneath rocks. The animals were beautiful 😍
