very convenient and easy to use and a good way to find out about the city of Freiburg. We discovered things we had not seen before
Freiburg is a friendly historical town. Ambiance comes across as open-minded. The tour is great value. Clear and interesting.
It was really easy to use the app. The information was helpful and interesting. What I appreciated most was being able to walk at your own pace.
We have been to Freiburg several times. On the tour we discovered something completely new. The trip to Schlossberg was great.
Didn't work out. Could not log in despite help from several competent people. Very annoying.

I was apprehensive because I’m not tech savvy. It’s a no brainer you just follow the map and the guide also tells you if you are off course. I discovered beautiful gems and was charmed by the narrator
I loved this! For such a small city, I think it was good to do this tour self guided. I’m solo traveling and liked being able to go at my own pace and take pictures, etc. Not have to worry about being left behind by the group or not being able to hear the guide. It is a pretty busy, touristy city. So it was nice to be able to do it on my own and avoid the crowds. The area you walk is small and condensed though. And also pick a time of day that was convenient for me. I will be using this app in other cities!! Keep in mind you do need to download the VoiceMap app. But Viator sends you an email with all of the details!
Love this app! Self paced, easy directions, interesting information. Using it all across Europe. Highly recommend
Great! Well planned and totally worth it. Wonderful to visit anytime. I did it at 6am and was perfect!!!
The tour was very easy to follow. Step by step and turn by turn, following was one of the easiest tours we've taken. When we arrived at the spots marked on the map, the item being described was right in front of us. Very good directions and very interesting details about the things we were seeing. Enjoyed touring this way so much, I purchased another one for another city.
