Could well be your first adventure in the city, as it takes you through a lot of sights worthy sites, Hans related or not, through the lens of a local with interesting anecdotes. Afterwards you can further explore the city ion your own, but with some foundational knowledge this time.
We signed up for this thinking it will be a total of approximately 2 hours. Both of us ran out of battery on our phones and had to stop the first day. There is alot of walking, and crowds which ate up our time. Unfortunately we didn’t get to finish the tour as we ran out of time. What we did see was very informative. The narrative was superb!
It was a well-organized tour, with plenty of good information on how HC Andersen’s life and thoughts are reflected in his stories. The guide has definitely worked hard and knows a lot about both HC Andersen and the places I visited. Clearly recommended value!
An excellent tour with some of the best walking directions I have experienced. The guide knows a lot about Hans Christian Andersen and this tour is full of information and passion. Not only did we get to visit some of the places that meant a lot to Hans Christian Andersen, but these are also some of the iconic places of Copenhagen Walking through the cobbled streets, I felt as if I had stepped into one of Andersen's fairytales. The tour brought Andersen's stories to life in a new way for me. Excellent directions, excellent story telling, fantastic places. Wholeheartedly recommended
An outstanding tour, rich in information and humor. The guide is incredibly knowledgeable, and it's not just the historical facts that matter, but also the charming anecdotes and hidden gems that make it so captivating. Highly recommended.
