We went to the Cardiff market place, but never found the any guide, or rassemblement point, we need a full refund.
Dear Dallio, sorry to hear your disappointment however you can’t book a self guided tour and expect a guide. Self guided tours are not for everyone but you need to book a guided tour if that’s what you’re looking for. We sent you instructions on how to download the itinerary and reached out to you on WhatsApp as well, not sure why you still thought the tour was guided after that.
Had a good explanation of the stops and a good flow from stop to stop. I was not able to use the map feature so I had to keep going out of it to check. There was good communication from three company though as I wanted to do it a day early and the original code didn't work. They were prompt with a response and new code that worked.
