The guide, Ángel, was very kind; it is clear that he knows very well what he is doing. The downside was that it was very hot and the transportation did not have air conditioning in good condition; it was blowing warm air, and we suffered a lot.
It has been a very beautiful experience. Martha's company has been exceptional. A mix of dynamism, empathy, and professionalism.
Marta was a great guide, lots of clear explanations, flexibility on taking questions and adapting to the pace of the group. She certainly understood our needs and did her best to support us. The cities visited have lots of history, monuments and well preserved buildings.
Excellent, the guide Martha is outstanding, very professional.
A very good experience throughout the entire tour.
I booked a small group full day tour with Naturanda. The company contacted me one day before informing a change in meeting time as well as meeting point. The problem is that Naturanda never informed that they transferred me to a 50 people tour run for another company. I appreciate the effort for not cancelling the tour 20 hours before … but they must inform that now you will be travelling with 50 people and the experience will be impacted.
Hi, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry for the inconveniences you had and we will be reviewing your case with our staff to ensure it won't happen again. Kind regards from Madrid.
We went to 3 different cities called Segovia, Toledo and Avila with our tourguide Lola and she was amazing. Very professional and made the experience very smooth and interesting. Definitely recommend!
I wish we had pick up at hotel . It’s new place and running around to find the pick up place is being a hassle.we had one tour guide speaking 3 languages and getting totally lost in translation. Please have 2 tour guides for English and other languages when you are having 2 or 3 languages in same tour
Hi, thank you very much for sharing yout thoughts with us. We're really sorry to hear you had some inconveniences and we would like to express our most sincere apologies. Kind regards.
The three towns were wonderful - however it was VERY difficult to find an open restaurant during our mealtime in Avila. Our guide Reuben was fantastic and very caring for everyone on the tour.
We returned tired but happy from the tour. Thanks to Lola for her friendliness, professionalism, and charm. The best!!
