One thing that I didn't like and wasn't aware that this would happen is we were dropped off at one end of the beach to walk the boardwalk for at least a mile from block 15 to 5 at 88 degrees. All there was to see on this mile was hotels and restaurants, not many shops I would have preferred to see the inside of the museum that we drove by. The celebrity houses would have been interesting if you could see the house! We mostly saw trees and gates! I liked Little Havana for lunch. More time there would have been nice in order to see more shops. Getting the snacks and drinks were great on the bus. Overall the tour was good for we saw lots of Miami and learned a lot about its history. The Murals were interesting
The trip started at 10 and ended at 4:15. Al was a wonderful guide and loves Miami and its heritage and history, so it was great to hear from him. He was also quite funny!
We feel like we experienced the favor of Miama on the tour. We are going back to some of the sights to further explore.
It provides a general overview of Miami and clearly highlights the points of interest. The guides are very friendly and entertaining. The experience is smooth and goes by quickly.
Good tour and guide had a wealth of knowledge but 2 issues for us as my wife asked if he could stop at the nearest rest room as i was feeling unwell, we noticed he went past 2 rest rooms before he finally stopped which caused me anxiety as i needed the rest room quickly. second issue was we stopped at a wealthy gated community at he started going into preacher mode outside the church which made us both feel uncomfortable and should maybe be left off future tours. Other than those 2 issues it was a good tour but cannot give it a 5 star sorry!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recognizing the guide’s knowledge and enthusiasm. We truly appreciate it. We are sorry to hear that these two moments affected your experience. Regarding the restroom request, guest comfort and safety are very important to us. While we always do our best to accommodate these situations, tour vehicles cannot stop at just any location when a restroom is requested. We must bring guests to places where restroom access is available and permitted, as not all restrooms are public or accessible for tour groups. We understand the urgency of the situation and regret the stress this caused. Regarding the second point, our guide is very enthusiastic and passionate when sharing the history, culture, and stories of Miami. The intention is always to create an engaging experience for guests and never to make anyone uncomfortable. We appreciate your feedback and understand that experiences and perspectives may differ from guest to guest. We are glad to hear that overall you enjoyed the tour and appreciated the guide’s knowledge. Your comments help us continue improving while maintaining the quality and personality that make our tours unique.
Fabulous day seeing many neighbourhoods of Miami on one tour. Plenty of intel from enthusiastic guide who clearly loves the city. Very enjoyable and comfortable mini bus. Love the fact I’m not driving. Spent an hour in South Beach covering Ocean Drive and the beach with a little more than an hour in Little Havana for a Cuban Libre and more. Helps plan future stay in Miami and where to focus. Exceeded expectations.
This tour was awesome. I brought two tickets and we missed the trip due to traffic. They reschedule me for the next day but my daughter had to work. I tried to get a voucher for my daughter to attend later, but no one helped me with that even after calling main office. Besides that my tour guide was phenomenal and the tour was complete.
Saw all the major spots of Miami and Miami Beach. The commentary was first class providing history and interesting anecdotes. Thoroughly recommend them.
The tour guide is very knowledgeable and good to express all stories about Miami, from who named the city, until which stores have good food, good drink, or even a good cigar….everything. I feel I know Miami very well now. Thanks to Al.
This was a great tour to start our stay in Miami. Our guide Ali picked us up from the designated spot and drove us around in his comfortable vehicle (there were 10 of us). We viewed all the highlights and spent time at several key locations. It was so interesting, covered a lot and was the best way to become orientated to the city. Definitely recommend and thanks for a great day!
