Learn about Sedona's mysterious vortexes on this 2.5-hour HIKING Jeep tour. With a guide, visit a lessor known Vortex site or two around town and experience the spiritual energy that many believe radiate from them. Some say you'll feel a physical sensation on your skin when you visit a vortex, or perhaps you'll suddenly feel enlightened. Or, maybe nothing at all — just find out for yourself! You'll learn about the discovery of the site(s) and hear about their history of mysticism. This is a HIKING tour and guests are REQUIRED to be able to walk for approximately 1 mile on uneven terrain. NO OFF-ROADING on this tour.

Your tour starts in central Sedona where you'll meet your experienced guide and venture off to the area's extraordinary vortex sites. Your exact tour itinerary will vary based on your interests, so be sure to tell your guide if there's something particular you want to see. By Jeep, head into the desert to the first vortex, where you'll learn how in 1981 medium Page Bryant identified these power grid sites, which have defied explanation for years. As you visit multiple vortexes, you may start to understand why people from all walks of life have traveled here for enlightening experiences. Feel the power of each site as you hear about its history, learn about the cultural beliefs that surround it and think about its spiritual possibilities. Discover how the vortexes connect Chinese medicine, American Indian lore and New Age Mysticism, and hear theories about how vortexes affect Earth. Keep an open mind and let loose your skeptical, academic and adventurous sides in order to make the most of your experience and find out if the vortexes hold something special for you. First of all, if you pick this place, you pick a company where your money stays local - huge plus! Also, pick it for the guides. Doc was an excellent guide! The knowledge and passion he has for Sedona really takes everything to a whole different level. This isn't a tour guide reading off a canned script, folks. This is real genuine connection with tour guests, and you can tell Doc truly loves what he does and is very happy. We enjoyed all of the info and context he shared, going above and beyond to show us Sedona's magic. We loved the Stupa so much we went back on our own - but never would've known it was there without Doc. We've been to Sedona before and know about (and fully believe in) its vortexes, but this still had new info to us and we learned new things and had new experiences. Worth it!

Brad was fantastic. I'm usually a skeptic when it comes to " vortex" energy and such. He did an excellent job connecting the history, geology, and spirituality of Sedona in a way that was engaging and informative. I learned so much and would highly recommend this tour. Even if you’re not into the spiritual side of things, the experience is incredibly peaceful and meditative. The tour is welcoming and appropriate for people of all ages, backgrounds, and religions.
