I have used Viator all over the world and have never had a problem. On this tour the guide accepted extra people so she did not have enough headsets. So me and 2 other people I was with spent the 2 1/2 hours chasing the guide through Venice and not hearing anything she said. Very disappointed.
We had a great time with Olympia on our secret food tour. Not only was the food delicious but she was full of information about Venice. We ate in 5 different places and were full by the end. We learned about the Jerusalem ghetto as we ate in a local establishment and then other fun facts about Venice. Well done!
Vanessa is a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable about the eight tastes we had, and also sprinkled in many fascinating details about history and architecture. A highlight was going into a cafe Casanova often visited!
