The water was really murky and hard to see anything. We should not have proceeded and should have gotten a refund. It was nothing like the pictures made it out to be.
Red snapper was a great guide. Wish we could have stayed under longer.
Well organized. Driver arrived on time. The tour company is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel extremely safe while on the trek as a solo traveler - red snapper and king crab (nicknames) are the coolest dudes ever. 10/10 would recommend
For the price I paid, I should have had the opportunity to buy underwater pics taken by the guides. Underwater pics were featured in the advertisement of this excursion, and for the price that I had to pay per person I should have had this included service for such a unique experience. If such pics are in included in the advertisement the assumption would be that your trained guides would have the ability to perform this service more effectively than patrons who are trying to get used to this underwater experience for the first time. If patrons need to bring their own waterproof camera to even attempt to take pics this should have been expressly stated in the description. I would have even paid an extra fee for a disposable one if this were an option. Little did I know that in spite of having 2 skilled tour guides, and paying $345 total (3 people for this excursion), no pics were taken. My 14 yearold and I have no pics of this memorable experience, and this is an unfortunate disappointment. It is upsetting to see from the pics in the advertisement that others had the opportunity to have pics to and we did not.
The tour guide us feel comfortable considering we weren’t swimmers. Definitely recommend trying at least once.
Amazing and fun experience especially for those that can't swim. Our guide, aka Red Snapper, ensured our safety at all times.
It was great. If you get nervous it will go away once you get in the water? The instructors will always check to make sure you are ok.
This was amazing. Im not the most water savvy person but i felt very comfortable with my guides. That was key for me. everything was explained thoroughly and when we got into the water everything went smoothly. Seeing fish and coral in their natural habitat was everything. As an nature documentary lover it was fascinating seeing it all in person. One last thing i must add, my guides communicated well and were very accommodating. two thumbs up!
Fantastic !! Start to finish was an amazing experience. Guides were knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and guided you well whilst underwater. Was amazing to be able to experiance under the sea so easily, was slightly nervous beforehand but didn’t need to be. You can rent a go pro from the operators at a very small cost which is great to capture the whole thing.
This is a great way for beginners to have an underwater experience. My wife was really nervous and isn't a great swimmer. But you don't need any prior experience or water skills to enjoy this. Really cool to walk underwater and see the marine life.
