We had a great time! Our chef opened up her kitchen to us, had all the ingredients ready and provided a nice set up. There were 8 people in the class which made it a lot more fun. Such a great experience.

We had a blast and loved learning how to make sushi from scratch. Our chef made the whole process feel simple and fun, from preparing spicy sesame edamame to shaping nigiri and rolling seafood maki with crab, shrimp, and spicy tuna. We left confident at the end of the class that we can now make our own sushi while we also had a lot of fun. The only thing left is the sushi kit :)
