Ernie the green sea turtle loves to come and say hello to you here and you can even see our own divers and our SeaTREK guests from here as they explore the underwater world. You can follow the Rays around the tank and appreciate how swiftly they move as well as seeing our blue spotted ray and Cal, our friendly rescued baby leopard shark. Have you ever wanted to stroke a starfish, tickle a sea anemone or feel the shell of a crab? Now’s your chance, because at our rocking Rockpools you can appreciate all of this! Our experts will be on hand through this unique opportunity to learn more about these fascinating micro-habitats and the incredible creatures that thrive in them. Finally, welcome to Conservation Cove, where you can find out about our Conservation efforts and our partnership with the SEA LIFE Trust. Really disappointed for the price. It was very tired inside. Around it very fast. A lot of hidden extras such as the VR headset and then a lady asked my son if he wanted to try kick the ball in a flimsy net to which he said yes but then said 2 pounds for a kick! Would not recommend at all, have been to much better aquariums for a fraction of the cost. The soft play area was very tired and grubby, so much so I didn't want the kids to play in it. For us, would not be recommending.
Lovely staff and exhibitions. Unfortunately there was a nursery school trip which meant we weren’t able to see everything and struggled to use toilet facilities. It would be better if we could be notified when booking tickets that a school trip was taking place so we could’ve chosen an alternative time
The trip was Fantastic the children enjoy it
We came for the turtle feeding experience on 27/06/26 for my birthday and it was an amazing experience, one I will never forget. Ernie was such a cutie, and I would of stayed there all day feeding him if i could. It was such a great experience so worth the money and I will be back for another future lunch date with Ernie 🐢 Our guide was very knowledgeable and took photos videos for us while we enjoyed the experience.
I did the 'Stingray Feed" and was accompanied by staff member 'Jodie" who was extremely kind and helpful during my vist. She made the the experience 100x better by being patient with me when asking I asked questions, answering in as much detail as possible and making sure i was getting the most out of my experience. I could really see how enthusiastic she was to be there and help, she was amazing. Another helpful staff member was Maya who also helped me out during VR section and starfish section. She explained everything to me clearly and made me feel welcome.
My husband surprised me with the turtle feeding experience and it was so lovely. Our guide Jordan was so knowledgeable about the animals and told us all about Ernie 🐢 a magical experience couldn't recommend it more!
I am so disappointed. That aquaroum is too small. 10 minutes walk and finish. That Aquarium was a worst one where I been in my life Definitly I dont recommend it. I waste my money.
The experience and offer is good enough, but overpriced for what you get. Could have been cheaper, felt a little commercial.
Went as part of my daughters 1st birthday, we had a great time and she loved it! Went around fairly slowly which took 2hrs and combined it with a walk around the trafford centre. We parked at the palazzo which was quiter than the main tc parking. There isn't a cafe but over half way around there's a soft play with seats around the edge and toilets with a baby change. Had a toddler and parent ticket mid week which was good value considering Blue Planet Aquarium is double the price. All in all had a great day out for a special occasion, just wouldnt go regularly with an annual membership as it's not that local.
We walked slowly with my 14 month old grandson stopping at the pre aquarium presentation and all the tanks. Some nice fish to look at but the tunnel is really short and walking slowly we were through everywhere in 30/35 minutes. Lots of toddlers which my grandson appreciated. It’s a small place and in my opinion is only worth £10 maximum . Would not go again.
