This was the highlight of my trip so far I have never been horse riding before and found it fairly easy via the teams instructions
Very relaxing the crew were professional and looked after us all the way. The whole family enjoyed the experience.
Going for a ride on a horse is great way to spend an hour and see some different sights. We traveled up the winding trail, through fields of sheep & cows to what might be one of the best views overlooking Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. The guide Amy was interesting and she offered to take my photo in front of the view. As a solo traveler I always appreciate getting a photo of myself during an activity. The horses are well cared for and gentle. I will come back here for a ride any time I'm in Rotorua.
