The train ride through the Alps was absolutely beautiful and easily the highlight of the trip. The scenery was breathtaking and made for a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the tour did not meet expectations. We only explored a small part of St. Moritz, with very limited time and not much to see or do beyond admiring the view. The visit to the chocolate factory was also underwhelming—the space was quite small and didn’t offer much in terms of activities or engagement. What disappointed me most was the lack of organization. When it was time to board the bus, there was no clear instruction on where to go. We had to approach different guides to locate our own, as she wasn’t easy to identify or find. Communication was another issue. Although I booked an English-speaking tour, we were placed in a bilingual group (Spanish/English), and the guide struggled with English. Her explanations were hard to follow, and she seemed much more confident speaking Spanish. Overall, while the train ride was a wonderful experience, the tour itself lacked proper coordination and clarity. With better organization and a more fluent English-speaking guide, this could have been much more enjoyable.
Lovely walk. Our guide, Rafaele, very attentive and competent. The driver, Mimo, an excellent professional. I recommend.
