Learned a lot!

We tried 5-6 wines and cheeses. All very good or at least interesting. Happy we tried them all. The information provided was excellent and the presenters were very knowledgeable and pleasant. This would be better with a group than as a private class in our opinion. We would also have liked some bread to help separate the cheese tastings. That’s probably just a personal preference. Felt a little disorganized but that may have been the language barrier.

Fantastic 2-hour experience

Pairing ideas with experience is always the best for me and smell and taste are such brilliant senses. The information about the region, its history and how that has affected the region’s wines and cheeses was so interesting. We tasted samples and were gently led with questions through how to taste thoughtfully. Our hosts were so warm and generous, I felt like I was in their kitchen sharing a friendly afternoon. Thank you so much for my favorite experience of our recent trip to France.
