I had an amazing experience visiting the Savannah Pirates and Treasure Museum in Savannah, GA. The museum was fun, unique, and full of interesting pirate history that brought the past to life. The exhibits were engaging, creative, and enjoyable for visitors of all ages. I loved the attention to detail and how the stories, artifacts, and displays made the adventure feel realistic. It was a great place to explore while visiting Savannah and added something different from the typical attractions. I would definitely recommend this museum to anyone looking for a fun, educational, and memorable experience.
Wicked cool museum, lots of information presented in a fun way! Bonus there is a bar and some riddles to solve! Highly recommend!
It was a great museum for family with kids. The interactive pictures were very cool. . My grandson really enjoyed the scavenger hunt and I was surprised to see that they had a pub inside so you could get a drink while they’re solving this scavenger hunt.
Realistic wax figures. Cool videos. Well done museum!
My family loved learning all about the history. The museum is really interesting and enjoyable. Both our girls 4 and 10 were engaged. We participated in the puzzle at the end of the museum which was a lot of fun!
This one if it’s one or the other, wax models awesome
This was such a cool stop for us! I love pirates! Great thought and detail put into the exhibits and very engaging! And the bar at the end was amazing! The exit could have looked cooler and more obvious than just the red required exit sign on the ceiling but well worth the stop!
What a hidden gem!!! This museum all though small in comparison, it is full of great history. It’s must see when in Savannah. Be certain to watch the short film, you will be glad you did.
There are lots of facts about pirates. There is lots of reading so keep that in mind if you have little kids. I think this is most appreciated by adults as the kids seemed bored and kept asking parents what things said. My husband and I enjoyed it.
This museum was worth it. Adults & kids alike, what a cool place to learn about everything pirates. Not just the names we’ve all heard or read about, you learn about pirates from all over the world! It’s a really cool immersive experience. It takes about an hour or so. It’s also located right next to another cool museum and dining experiences next door..
