we had a very nice time - an especially nice, knowledgeable and helpful guide - a great experience to learn about the country and the people!!!
Generally a very nice experience doing the 2 day trek, around 15km total distance. Guides were lovely and energetic. Basic commentary along the way, maybe nice to hear more history about the area. Otherwise the guides were very nice to be around and good company.
What a beautiful place Sapa is and a must see. The guides are so friendly and Mung was the most beautiful person.
My brother and I did a two day one night trek with Halong Hanoi Transfer. The scenery is just breathtaking. We had our hands dirty in experiencing rice planting as well. I chose a local lunch in a local home while still sleeping in the comforts of the homestay. Overall, the trekking tour is highly recommended.
We can highly recommend the 2 days trip with Su. It was amazing. She did everything to motivate us and to explain and answering our multiple questions. The homestay was very clean and the food excellent. Thx
Sapa scenic beauty is an unforgettable experience and its conjunction with homestay made it an incredible one! Highly recommend this tour to the nature lovers. Weather plays a big role in this experience, so please choose your trip accordingly. Well co-ordinated because the transfers (pickup from the hotel in Old quarter to Sapa & return), meeting the tour guide and the homestay was truly seamless. The tour company/operator was contactable via WhatsApp, made it convenient for me to interact / plan the trip. I found the bus trip was better than the train journey because I could utilize my time better and enjoy more views. Big than you for the tour guide - June.
I can highly recommend this trip! Rice fields are truly might be considered as the the Eight World Wonder!Besides, accomodation and transfer are provided in a high level! Tour guide is helpful and skillful! Don't hesitate, take this trip as fast as possible :)

A few details not mentioned in previous reviews:
The homestay is shared accommodation with many other trekkers. Not suitable for me, and not signalled at any point until arrival. There was minimal contact with the host family, other than some cute kids running around I didn't see or interact with them.
The trek is not straightforward, and the itinerary provided by viator was totally inaccurate. The first day we did 12 k and the next day 6k.
The bus company, as others have said, are run by another organization. As soon as we stopped for a break they were telling people to hurry up, which made the experience unpleasant.
Scenery was beautiful and the food was good. The tour guide was excellent and can be contacted directly on arrival in Sapa for those wishing to book with her directly.

Great guide, friendly people, real people, quite an adventure ,Highly recommended

Great tour with amazing views and fun homestay,I really enjoyed this tour. The views in sapa are amazing even though the hike itself was very slippery and a little challenging but still fun. Our tour guide Sung was very friendly and funny and told us interesting things about the village and it's people and the culture. Homestay was a lot nicer than I expected and the hosts very nice. In the evening they ate and drunk together with us and the other guests and played games. Good times! I really recommend this tour.
