Santorini Sightseeing Half Day Private Tour

Gregory was an amazing tour guide - he told us so much fascinating information about Santorini. He was flexible in taking us where we wanted to go and we were able to take some amazing photos of the views. He was punctual at every meeting point and his driving on the bendy roads made us feel we were in safe hands. He avoided the routes where we would need to climb a lot of steps which we were grateful for! He even took us to an extra shopping stop in Fira to keep my nephew happy. I thoroughly recommend this private tour - the most comfortable and informative way to see the island.

Michael was a fantastic tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our group of 12 people. George our driver was also very accommodating to the changes we wanted to make to the private tour itinerary. We all had a great time!

We highly recommend this private tour. Our tour guide Christopher and driver Kostas were fantastic. Pick up at the cable car exit was seamless. Christopher provided lots of history about the region and Kostas drove through the narrow roads like a pro. We stopped to take pictures in multiple scenic locations, had lunch and got to dip our toes in the black sand beach.

Michael (tour guide) and George (driver) were excellent! We had a half day tour and we had the choice to go to several different spots in Santorini. We saw beautiful sites and also learned a lot about the island in the process. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent tour by Michael, a local who covered all the highlights of Santorini. Vehicle was very comfortable for our party of 8. Everything ran smoothly on time. Michael was very attentive to our needs and his commentary was excellent. Can highly recommend this tour for your cruise stop.

Recommended this tour through our hotel Very fairly priced & such a nice “snapshot of Santorini” Our tour guide was knowledgeable & really interactive & engaging Really enjoyed the fact the tour itself was over 5h long, collecting/dropping you off wasn’t counted as “tour time” We did the half day excursion- thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the church/monastery as a highlight of the day!

This was such a perfect day! Our ship took forever to tender in even though we stood in line early to get a good number for disembarking. We honestly stood in line 1.5 hours before tickets and were awarded tender #4. It took forever to get off. Cruise passengers with cruise tours were given priority getting off. There were several other ships in port (costa and disney and another) so we competed with tenders. The tour guide, Michael, waited of us to get off and up the cable car. Just know you may lose an hour or more of your tour time getting to the top! The trip was truly customizable. Michael had ideas and also included some of ours. One of our favorite days! Good price for 8 people and so nice it was private. We saw a bakery and he pulled us over to buy some local baked goods. Gave us great info on the island, friendly and good conversations! Loved loved loved every minute!!! We did not stop at the winery because we were short on time and wanted to see other things instead. We were told to be at the cable car at least an hour before the last tender. We were there but it took us 2.5 hours to get back on the ship. Saw the sunset from standing in a half mile long line to get on the cable car. FOR REAL! The line was all our cruise passengers and even the ship tour people were in this line. Not sure what happens with the tenders. Disney came by and told anyone waiting in line to skip it and took them to the front because their ship was leaving before ours. Truly, we could have gone to the winery.
