Cooking classes in the restaurant are all about using local, fresh products. We offer two menus: Meet Santorini Yamas! – A shot of Ouzo as a welcome. Tomatokeftedes - Crispy, aromatic fritters made with fresh local vegetables and herbs. Spanakopita -Traditional spinach and herb pie wrapped in handmade flaky pastry. Santorini Fava - Silky purée of local yellow split peas. Garides Saganaki - Juicy prawns in a rich tomato sauce with feta cheese and fresh herbs. Meletini Cake - A traditional Santorinian dessert. A glass of Assyrtiko wine The Big GREEK Fat BBQ Yamas! – A shot of Ouzo as a welcome. Tzatziki - Classic Greek dip of creamy yogurt, cucumber and garlic. Santorini Salad - Tomatoes, cucumber, capers, onion and feta cheese. Handmade Pitta Bread - Perfect for wrapping your souvlaki. Mixed Grill - Grilled to perfection, juicy and full of flavour. Loukoumades - Fluffy honey-soaked dough bites & cinnamon. A glass of Assyrtiko wine

One of my favorite experiences in Santorini! Fran and Zisis were both so welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is INCREDIBLE, I can’t wait to make it again at home!
We spent the day learning to cook traditional Greek dishes in the most beautiful dreamy setting. Our Chef was an absolute gem, patient, passionate and full of knowledge. We learned so much, listened to music and felt totally immersed in Greek culture. The best part was sitting down to enjoy the meal we made with a glass of wine surrounded by the charm of Agaze. If you are heading to Santorini this class is a must! Thanks for being such a wonderful teacher and for making the class so enjoyable.
