The Day Cruise begins from the port of Vlychada at the Southern part of Santorini. We sail close to the Red and the White beach, with our first stop ashore the Black Mountain for a swim! Put your goggles on! We carry on our sailing adventure pass the Venetian Light house in Akrotiri, entering the majestic Caldera of Santorini! “Keep your ear to the ground”, as the guided part of the cruise begins…! Keep your eyes open and admire the volcanic area, where the spectacular soil horizon colours at the cliffs of the Caldera will simply amaze you! While heading towards the Hot Springs, let the energy of the Volcano and the spirit of the island shake you up! Next stop is Thirassia island, a fishermen’s island, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The cruise ends in one of the most amazing spots in Santorini, the old harbour of Ammoudi. In Oia. (Shhh…there might be some spare time for a pit-stop at Agios Nikolaos before disembarkation...!)

The morning cruise starts from the port of Vlychada
Swim and take some photos close to the Red beach. It is located close to the Village of Akrotiri and is one of the most scenic and famous beaches in Santorini. Its impressive colour is due to the minerals and iron soil.
White beach is one of the most private beaches in Santorini, accessible only by boat. It will impress you with its crystal blue waters and white rocks.
Sail past the 19th-century venetian Lighthouse in Akrotiri is standing on the edge of the high cliff. It is considered one of the best and most beautiful lighthouses in Cyclades and one of the oldest in Greece.
Sail past the rocky Black Mountain and the Indian Rock
We sail around the Volcano
Swim and snorkel at the hot springs of the Volcano, the warm sulphurous waters are known for their therapeutic benefits.
Sail past the Plea Kameni
Swim/ snorkel at Tirassia, a fishermen's island close to Oia and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared on board
The cruise will end in one of the most beautiful places in Santorini, the picturesque Ammoudi bay in Oia

Our family group of nine had the absolute pleasure of spending the day with Captain Andreas and First Mate John, and it was truly one of the highlights of our entire Greece trip. From the moment we stepped aboard, they made us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. What impressed us most was that Captain Andreas took the time to learn and remember all nine of our names—a small gesture that made the experience feel incredibly personal and special. The cruise itself was breathtaking. We were treated to spectacular views of Santorini’s famous Red Beach, White Beach, and Black Rock, scenery that simply cannot be appreciated the same way from land. The dramatic cliffs, crystal-clear water, and unique volcanic landscape created some of the most stunning views we have ever seen. Andreas and John provided the perfect balance of hospitality, fun, and local knowledge. They gave us the opportunity to swim in the warm waters near the volcanic hot springs, which was an unforgettable experience. Throughout the cruise, they ensured everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The food was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed water, wine, and soft drinks throughout the trip, along with delicious snacks. The homemade dinner was incredible—grilled chicken, shrimp, Greek sausage, Greek salad, tzatziki, rice, baba ghanoush, and a fresh fruit platter. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. Most importantly, Andreas and John were genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Their warmth and professionalism made the day feel less like a tour and more like spending time with friends. If you are visiting Santorini, this cruise is an absolute must. It was the perfect way to end our time on the island, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. If you have the opportunity, request Captain Andreas and First Mate John—you will not be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Caldera Yachting! The whole tour was unforgettable. We stoped at hot springs the volcanic island and saw some of the most beautiful spots in Santorini — the White Beach, the Red Beach, and many stunning views along the way. The crew was fantastic — Captain Nikos and Dimitris were both very friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable on board. They also prepared a delicious barbecue lunch on the boat, which we all really enjoyed. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. I highly recommend Caldera Yachting for anyone visiting Santorini — it’s truly one of the best ways to experience the island!
We booked the blue daytime cruise which left around 10am and returned about 3pm. There is transport provided to and from your hotel which makes the day completely stress free! As there were multiple Caldera Yachting boats heading out it was difficult to know which one we should be on and the drivers instructions were very confusing. The boat trip itself was great and the BBQ tasted great. The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area! The swimming stops were a highlight! The bus journey back to our hotel was quite long as there were lots of stops to other hotels first as we were staying the furthest away.
We had the most incredible day sailing with Caldera Yachting in Santorini! Picked up from our hotel (Radisson Blu in Kamari) at 2pm, we were taken to Oia where we stepped aboard a beautiful catamaran with seven other couples. From the very start, everything felt seamless and perfectly organised. The weather and water conditions were absolutely perfect, and we sailed around the volcano, stopping at a few stunning swimming spots. The atmosphere on board was relaxed and friendly — the other travellers were great company. A special thank you to Captain Nikos, who made the day extra special with his fascinating local knowledge, humour, and warm personality. The food was outstanding — freshly prepared by Demetrius, who did an amazing job. Add to that an open bar throughout the day, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The experience ended with a magical sunset viewed from the catamaran, which was truly unforgettable. Both myself and my partner had an incredible time and made fantastic memories. Highly recommend Caldera Yachting, and especially thanks again to Nikos and Demetrius for making it such a perfect day!
Excellent experience with the rainbow boat. We chose the sunset cruise and enjoy wonderful pictures with the best sunset we have seen in Santorini. The whole crew was very helpful and especially Mars fascinated us as a human being. Very nice food and you can drink free wine or beer. We would definitely choose it again. To the end congratulations to our guide Maria who safely carried us a smile courtesy and humor.
