Itinerary
Famous for the sunset, Oia village offers a spectacular picturesque view of whitewashed houses and blue dome churches, Oia tumbles down the steep incline from the top of the caldera towards the water. Discover the graphic cobble stone pathway with a local guide and admire the stunning view of the Caldera.
From the edge of the caldera, you will be able to admire the colorful rock formations and the most photographed blue dome chapel where lots of couples get married!
Red Beach is one of Santorini’s most famous and visually striking beaches, located near the village of Akrotiri on the island’s southwestern coast. What makes it unique is its dramatic landscape: towering red volcanic cliffs surround a small cove of reddish-black sand and pebbles, creating a vivid contrast with the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea.
Pyrgos Kallistis (often simply called Pyrgos) is a charming hilltop village in the heart of Santorini, known for its traditional Cycladic character, winding alleys, and panoramic views across the island. Unlike the cliffside settlements of Oia and Imerovigli, Pyrgos sits inland on one of Santorini’s highest hills, offering a different perspective of the island.
The Emporio Windmills are a small group of traditional Cycladic windmills located on a hill overlooking the village of Emporio, in the southern part of Santorini. They are among the island’s lesser-known landmarks, offering a glimpse into Santorini’s agricultural past and some of its finest panoramic views. Historical significance Before modern machinery arrived, windmills played an important role in island life. Powered by the strong Aegean winds, they were used to grind grain into flour for local communities. Like many Greek island windmills, the Emporio windmills were built in a simple cylindrical style with whitewashed stone walls and wooden sails.
Perivolos Beach is one of Santorini’s longest and most popular beaches, located on the island’s southeastern coast. Famous for its striking black volcanic sand and pebbles, it stretches southward from nearby Perissa and offers a completely different experience from Santorini’s cliff-top villages.

I booked this excursion to celebrate my friend’s daughter’s 18th birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. She has dreamed of visiting Santorini since she was a little girl, and today that dream finally came true. Elias was an outstanding guide. His knowledge of the island’s history, culture, and traditions made every stop more meaningful, and his passion for Santorini was evident throughout the day. He also knew exactly where to take us for the most breathtaking views and the best photo opportunities, helping us capture memories that will last a lifetime. The tour was well organized, never felt rushed, and gave us the perfect balance of sightseeing, learning, and time to enjoy the beauty of the island. Elias was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions, making everyone feel welcome. If you’re looking for a guide who truly loves Santorini and wants you to experience the very best it has to offer, I highly recommend this excursion. It made a milestone birthday unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day.
Elias gave us a wonderful tour even shifting the itenaray at the last minute. Provided knowledgeable information with a perfect amount of conversation. Short guided walking tour after shopping in Oia was great - even taking group pictures for us. Many thanks.
We had the most amazing time seeing Santorini with the best guide, Chris. We saw so much and he always seemed to help us avoid the huge bus crowds. He is a wealth of knowledge and so enjoyable to listen to him. If you want an amazing personal experience, book this tour.
We had such a great tour! ELIAS GRIGORIS was a wonderful guide and took us to some amazing hidden spots. He told us so much history about the island and definitely made us wish we had more time. If you are looking for a private tour to make your Santorini memories I would not pass on this one!
Elias and Kris picked us up at the top of the chair lift. we had 11 people with a car and a van. The vehicles were super clean and comfortable. We toured Oia. Kris and Elias were very knowledgeable about the sights. We then went to a fantastic restaurant on the beach and celebrated with the restaurant staff with dancing and breaking plates. We would never have experienced this fantastic place without Elias and Kris suggestion. The restaurant staff treated us like family. The food was the highlight. Fresh caught snapper and sole prepared whole. Iwould highly recommend both Elias and Kris to anyone wanting the skip the usual lines and crowded restaurants.
Elias picked us up promptly and started the tour in some incredible places. He frequently asked what our group wanted to do and carried out our requests. He made several great suggestions and we chose where to go. He topped the day off by taking us to an awesome local family owned seafood restaurant for a wonderful traditional Greek meal. I would highly recommend him and his partner in the 2nd van.
Had a fantastic experience with Louis! We were traveling with some elderlies and he was very accommodating and modified the trip to be able to handle both the slower pace of our grandparents and branching off for photo ops for the younger folks. He made good judgement calls and restructured the drive so we wouldn’t be stuck in traffic and we ended up hitting almost all the spots we wanted to see. (Oia, Red Beach, and Fira from 9am to 1pm - Skipped Black Beach but that’s understandable given our pace) Oia was the big ticket item and the busiest spot we had on our list but he helped us weave through the foot traffic and led us to photo ops that were less traveled to that were just as nice as the folks waiting in lines! Louis made sure to keep the grandparents comfortable while also keeping us on schedule, which is tough to balance. He was also very knowledgeable about the history, geography, and culture of Santorini. Would highly recommend! Much love from NYC
Elias was a wonderful tour guide! Friendly, very informative and very willing to accommodate our wishes during our tour. Has a great understanding of Santorini and Greece and speaks English well!
