Was waiting as arrived, and was arriving 30min late, but driver was ready and waiting. Driver barely spoke to me, which some people wouldnt like, but i liked the peace n quiet although it would have been nice to get a little history or info about things as we passed by. But like i said pick up was at 1am so im sure he just assumed i wanted silence(part of me did other wanted info) each person is different, but to me this was a great pick up
On time, waiting with a sign. Careful driver. Arrived safely from airport to hotel. As single female traveling solo this was important to me
