- Due to reformation works, the stadium is not wheelchair accesible as there numerous stairs along the route
- Please, take note that there are many stairs along the route and there are no facilities to leave strollers.
- Note that the gate through which you must enter the stadium will be the one located in Av. Concha Espina, at the corner with Plaza Lima

I paid $81 for three people for tickets that cost $45 per person. Almost double!!!!!! I would like an explanation for this, thank you.

Very cool stadium, we could go everywhere, locker room, catacombs, etc. Admission and ticket pickup worked great Only downside, tickets more expensive than with other providers, but the desired date worked out
Service as contracted, tickets (QR CODae), sent in advance, there is no problem, for access to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium tour.
Sometimes the cheap option ends up being expensive, I won't say more... zero quality.

Tour guide was not at the starting point of the stadium tour at the booked time. No admission with our tickets either!

We were not given entry to the Stadium as the ticket we downloaded did not work. No representative from the Tour Company turned up and we had to go and buy two tickets from the official main box office at a cost of Euro84. We are expecting a full refund for the tickets we purchased at £114.51 for a service NOT provided by Viator.

Nice tour , wish we would be able to see the locker rooms or tunnel to the field. I took Some nice pictures and bought a jersey.

Everything perfect from the ease of purchase to the info shared yes about the tour that the directions to reach the stadium are to the magnificent tour. Highly recommended!

The ticket with the QR never arrived on the site and could not be downloaded. If it wasn't for the help of a stadium stewardess who spoke to the site attendant on the phone, we would never have entered. Bad Service. Tickets with QR must be emailed immediately after payment and not 1 hour before entering the stadium. Definitely won't use it again
