Tour of the historic center, where you will explore the narrow cobblestone streets and charming squares that make this city one of the most beautiful in Spain.
We will enter the Cathedral of Santiago, which houses the tomb of the Apostle Santiago, object of veneration for pilgrims who travel the Camino de Santiago. Our guide will take you through the central nave, chapels and Cathedral Museum, where you can admire some of the most impressive works of art in the city.
You will discover the famous Portico de la Gloria, masterpiece of Maestro Mateo, one of the jewels of the architectural heritage of Galicia and one of the most important works of European Romanesque art.

Our guide was Carolina and she was great. Carolina is very knowledgeable and kept everyone’s attention with interesting facts and fun stories.
Both Fatima in the first half of the tour (central area walking tour) and Damian in the second half (museum, cathedral and puerta de gloria) were outstanding. They were friendly, charismatic and expressed their knowledge casually, in simple understandable terms!
