Enjoy our guided bike adventure through Santa Monica and the historical streets of Venice Beach, California. We’ll explore the sites and history around Santa Monica, and take in some privileged views of the California coast before continuing our bike ride south towards Venice. Although the Italian influenced landscape is widely recognized as the birthplace of skateboarding, Venice Beach is also home to talented musicians, performers, stunning architecture, sculptures and West Coast legal graffiti walls that have become alluring grounds for artists from around the world. Our guides will show you these often overlooked sights and provide interesting and insightful information about the culture, communities and history of the area. Participants are expected to know how to ride a bike. This tour travels through a separated bike path and bike lanes on city streets. *no children under 12 years old.

First time riding a e bike, i really enjoyed that i could ride a long distance with out getting tired, bike and employee’s were nice and helpful with instructions
When I planned my trip to obtain a bike, my original thinking was to go to Venice Beach. I didn't know it was so close and wanted more of a ride, so I rented an e-assist bike and took it to Redondo Beach & back. To no surprise it was another beautiful SoCal day and I felt like I saw a lot. Drop off time is 7:00, I had it in by 6:42 (close!) I would have stayed at Venice Beach longer as it looked like a fun place to go. Apparently I need to go back! :) The bike was great, but did run out of juice on my last 15 minutes. Not its fault, I just had it out that long. Still works as a regular bike when that happens, so just know this can happen if you want a long journey.
